my 2 kids ages 4 and 7 will be staying at grandmas the whole summer. The problem is they only watch tv all day ,they won't go outside (she's old and won't do it...trust me) and my 2 brothers who are living there have bipolar so they're no fun to be around. My husband and I work so I feel awful doing this to them this summer. My mom is a great caregiver but she's not going to stimulate them by taking them out, doing arts and crafts etc....if i tell her to not let them watch tv all day it will be ignored..I appreciate any advice. thank you

I was married for 5 yrs. we divorced,and after a year we decided to try again. things were ok 4 awhile but now things are crazy. I work 7 days a wk. 12-14 hrs a day. but she dont work, she stays home and cares for the kids, home, everything pretty much because of the way i work. but when i do come home she is always in a bad mood. she is mad at the kids, mad at me. She is just mad. She compains that we get no time together, alone or as a family. Sex? what sex? if we do talk we usually end up in a fight. I try to get her to understand i cant help it but i must work. why cant she just be happy and understand that i am doing the best i can for all of us? any suggestions?

i have a friend that i find very interesting.... her maturity, her intelligence, her beauty both inside and outside... she is just one of the greatest girls ive ever met... do you think i have a chance with her even though she said she didnt feel the same way as me already.. but we still talk normally and a lot of time has passed since i told her... i tried to get over her but its just every time i see or talk to her i just fall back... hopefully some of u can sympathize with this poor soul

I like this guy who is one hundred percent different from me. He's really short, hispanic, and completely immature. He's not even that cute, but, somehow, I am strangely attracted to him because he's so friendly and sweet. None of my relationships have ever worked, but I feel like this one could because we're more like really good friends than boyfriend/girlfriend. I'm afraid of embarassing myself, though. I am planning on getting married in the next year or so. I want to have a small wedding outside. My grandparents live in a plan of homes where they have this building they call the "clubhouse" well there is a really large yard there and I was thinking that I might want to have my wedding there. It just seems perfect. Now does it cost less to have a minister or priest perform the wedding at an outdoor wedding like this or is it better to have it performed in a church? I just want a small wedding with only the few family members from each side which is around 50 guests maybe at the most 60. And the reception will probably be held at either a hotel or at a firehall. I have not worked out all the details just yet but I was just curious about which choice is a money saver, an outdoor wedding or one in a church. Thanks!

To day my friend told me that someone broke into both her aunt's houses who live like a mile apart. The weird thing is nothing was taking from either of the houses. So why would someone break into a house for no reason?

Met a guy and had an instant extreme dislike.
Everything about him just annoyed the *&)*) out of me -- think about an underskin itch that can't be scratch or won't go away.
I also went out of my way to let him know that I despised him with passion. -- I couldn't help it because I always felt an intense anger around him.

But then our eyes met for the first time....lo and behold...I felt like I was finally at home ...so safe and secured, and had a feeling of a lock and a key (strange I know)...


The thing is I don't know this guy -- he's just some stranger who turned my life upside down.

And NO...we're not dating, but I noticed that he noticed me too considering I was very rude to him.


Can you explain why I felt an instant anger/dislike before the eye contact accident?

Past- I marry my husband and he already has children, he claimed he wanted more children. We had one quickly, unplanned. It's been rocky some, but what marriage doesn't have it's issues? yeah well again, lol, my 2 year boyfriend broke up with me in december. then in january he came back and told me he loved me, but that we shouldnt go out, but we should see other people. i fell for him again. then in the end of febuary, he told me he didnt love me anymore. and now, he has a new girlfreind. im still crushed. im still crying. i feel sad that we may never talk again. im still in love. but he was my first love. im 14. plus i live in the united states, he lives in canada, so we barely see eachother. thats why he dumped me. but now hes "madly in love" i want to die and i dont feel happy. it hurts so bad.

My friend is really starting to bug me lately, and the sad thing is, i really dont know why. we've been best friends since grade school, and i really used to like being around her. it jsut seems that every time we hang out together now end up getting really, really annoyed with her, i feel like screaming! she's extremely clingy and loud. but i always used to like these things about her. My boyfriend and I have been discussing marriage, and he is set on having separate accounts and splitting the cost of everything. His mom and stepdad have a joint account and always argue about money, and that is where he thinks that this might be the solution. My parents have a joint account and have no problems at all. I really don't think that it will work out in the long run once we have kids and travel. (Who's paying for dinner? Plane tickets? Gas?) It just seems like it would be too much fighting just over that? Am I wrong?

I am a 20 year old soon-to-be college graduate and have been dating my 22 year old boyfriend for two years now. We have had a bit of a rocky relationship in the past. We have been through his infidelity, an abortion, and a serious of break ups and make-ups, yet throughout it all we have managed to stay together. 1.5 years ago he decided to go to college and has racked up about $20,000+ in debt for this venture, which has only resulted in him earning 3 college credits, as he either fails or withdrawls the classes. For most of our relationship I have been 100% financially responsible for both of our expenses (which now includes his new 2005 jeep payment as well), and currently he is employed yet I still cover about 75% of the expenses. I am also 5 months pregnant with his child. I try to be a good girlfriend (making sure he always comes home to a clean home and cooked meal, etc. and he seems to get all the things he wants) yet he tells me he is unhappy ("40% happy, 60% unhappy)

I am 28 years old now. And eversince I always follow my dad's instructions. I always obey what he wants. Right now I am working and I am the breadwinner of my family since my mom move ouve out because she cant stand my dad's attitude.
