I was just wondering would this be considered rape?

An 18 year old male or female has sex with a 17 year old person of the opposite sex. But the thing is, is that the 18 year old is doing this on their birthday and the day after this is the 17 year olds birthday so he or she will be 18 the next day.

So would this be considered rape by the 18 year old if the 17 year old also agreed to do it?

I am 27 years old, and it seems to me that I am treated as if I am 16.

- I moved back in for 1 year so save up money. I am moving out this summer.

- EXAMPLE: My parents are taking our family on a vacation. They are worried about me getting back in time to go to the airport, since I have a commitment with my students the night before.

MY PARENTS: "You listen here... wipe that smirk off your face....why can't you just leave early from that so you can make sure you get to the airport....."

It doesn't seem like they treat me like my colleagues do at work. I am an adult, and I teach 200 students a week.

Any thoughts on why I feel treated like I am 16?

Well i know this girls for a few months and i told her that i had a chance in being with her in a relationship , and she said to me time will decide. Okay I really need help big time cause I feel it in myself that I really really miss and need my ex back in my life. I just need to know how I can get her back with me. Today I went to her house to just chill and I just couldn't seem to tell her how much I miss her and how much I need her back in my life. When I left her place I started to feel as if something was in me trying to get its self out. A weird feeling in my stomach I should say. I just need to know what I should do to get her back. I had a CRAZY dream that i was hanging out with my new boyfriend, and i went with him to get a new phone. Then he took me to a party in a club. There i met my old crush who was doing lines of crack in the corner of the room. He was really out of it cuz of the drugs so a bunch of us were trying to help him up and get him better, but he kept on with the cocaine. Then out of nowhere my new boyfriend comes up and steals his crack and runs around the room and starts doing it himself. Then he takes the crack and leaves the club, and i'm still there with no way to get home. And then i start crying to his best friend because i'm stranded. What does this crazy dream mean???? PS. none of these ppl are on crack in real life..i can't say the same for some other illicit but less harmful drugs lol

I like Matt and asked him to prom, however I'm starting to like one of my other friends a lil bit more that matt, his name's ryan. Matt never answered the question except for a "I can't say yes to that just yet" and Ryan said that he would go with me if Matt said no... but he doesn't dance, so what's the point?
Do I tell Matt to forget I asked him and go with Ryan or wait a lil bit longer?

Ryan and I said as friends though since he just got out of a relationship with his ex... but he tells me everything and I'm the only girl he really opens too apparently.

I went on a date, with this very conservative classy girl. the

girl and I talked and laughed at small coffe house for a while


we talked about everything from movies, to sports , we made funny jokes . we spent 2 hours that day we went for a walk down by the water after coffe shared stories , we went out to an icecream parlor where i bought ice cream and we talked some more as we were walking she kept on comeing very close to me as we were walking, her friend left her keys in her room so she had to go and let her in her house, but what do u think

I asked this girl who i knew well out. Both of us like sports. I asked her out to do some bowling and dinner to shake things. Up I did not want to do a movie cause i wanted to talk some more then sit next to her. We both suck at bowling so i knew it would be fun and we can easily flirt and talk while bowling. Well when i got their she was dressed like she was going to school. Then her friend showed up and they said that they wanted to go see the highschool team play a b-ball game. I did not know any of her friends so that was uncomfortable. We got dinner then went to the game. She barely talked to me at the game. After that i left because i did not feel it was a date because she had her friends their to protect her and she flirted with other guys. I have known her as a family friend. So I've been dating this girl for a few weeks and we've really hit it off. We're probably going to make it official here soon. (we've talked about it).
But I can't help but think something's wrong. She hasn't done ANYTHING special for me. I've bought her all the lunches/dinners...flowers...etc. When will the girl start to offer to pay once and a while? I'm fine with paying, it just would be nice for her to do something special for me once and a while. I made her dinner last night. I've been dating a man for 7 years (since I was 15 and he was 22). Since about two months into the relationship he has been physically, sexually and emotionally abusive. I've had it. I know another man who is wonderful, who deserves my trust and my time and who is willing to be there for me through all of the horrible things that are happening. My boyfriend and I have a two year old daughter, and I really do not want to brave a woman's shelter with her. Also I've heard that if you're not badly abused, you'll be resented in shelter. I don't know if that's true, but he usually doesn't leave bruises, hitting me in the hair-covered part of my head, and doing other things that leave no marks.

The problem is that I have nowhere to go. We live with my mother, my friends all live with their parents or are not an option, my dad is out. I have no job and no money. I didn't finish high school because of the baby. How do I get out?

(The other man is not an option. He's in college, with no job.)
