I'm not talking about purposely lying to someone by telling them you love them when you know you're not. I'm talking about whether you have told someone you love them and thought that u mean it only to find out later u really don't know what it meant? Or do you always know what it meant all along and the only reason you said it is because you know you're lying? Just curious, please share...

ok, it used to be me and my two best buddies, who are going out. The girl of my best friends just moved and now evryone has been telling me and my guy best friend we should go out and we're so cute, etc. but neither of us feel this way (from what i know) and they're still going out. she was really upset about leaving him behind and reallyscared of other girls (especially me, because him and i have known eah other longer than he has known her and she knows we used to like each other and it makes her insecure) when she left and she still has connections to the school. I'm terribly afraid of her ifnding out about this and thinking im trying to take h im away. what do i do?

I had our second baby four months ago, and I'm the first to admit I still have a tummy - I am never given a break to go to the gym or anything either.
Well, today my beloved husband came home with a gift for me - a girdle! He seemed to think I should think it was a wonderful, thoughtful gift, so I acted like it didn't hurt my feelings, but it did! I know it will take some work and a few more months to get rid of the baby tummy, but until then I was just accepting that this is the body of a woman who's had a baby, and he said so too... What am I to think?
What do you think?

The shot has been approved for girls as young as nine years old. Many states are trying to make the vaccine mandatory for girls entering the sixth grade. Will this encourage children and lead them to think that it is acceptable to have sex at such a young age?

I'm having trouble finding a girlfriend. It seems like every girl I know is taken already, or incredibly stuck-up and won't even look at me, or...(how can I put this delicately?)...dates a lot of guys. My school is really small, so there aren't a lot of options, and I can't exactly GO LOOKING for one because I'm always busy with school.
I really don't know what more to do. I'm in great shape, I'm #1 in my class in grades, I'm an eagle scout, I'm a second degree black belt...Any way you look at it, I'm a great catch. But girls don't even notice. What the heck am I doing wrong?

This girl I am dating keeps telling me to come see her at her place of work, which is a restaurant. She's a waitress.

Is she trying to get approval from her friends that she works with? Whats her motive?

Any thoughts?

Okay, I like one of my guy friends! And, I haven't talked to him in about a month. Sometimes I see his friends and him pointing at me in the hallway and smiling at me? Isn't that a little strange? Alot of people tell me that he does like me. Do you think that is true?

For instance: A few minutes ago my husband kissed me goodnight in the kitchen and started up to go to bed. I went around the corner toward the living room to use the downstairs bathroom off the living room and found that, once again, he had turned off all the lights. Here's the dialogue from when I went up to our room just now.

Me: Why did you turn all the lights out?
Husband: You were in the kitchen.
Me: Well, what if I had to go to the bathroom or wanted to go into the living room to watch TV?
Husband: We've lived here for ten years. I didn't know you couldn't find your way around in the dark.

AAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!!!

Thanks, just venting, but would like to hear similar stories from others so I can laugh about it instead of steaming.

I live in the Southeast USA and I am finding that almost every other woman between the age of 18-23 seems to have a boyfriend and in many cases I see the guy and think "what a dummy, she could have an intelligent person like me". I don't know if this is a southern thing because this seems very prevalent in the south. What is your perspective(by the way, I have never let it be known in person that I thought that way about the guy that they date unless they have broken up with him.)?

Whenever I trust a friend, they always bring me down by spreading rumors or lying to me. I have known some of my friends for 7 or more years and I thought I can trust them but the truth is I can't.

The only people I can trust are my family. Do I have a problem or is this normal?

The person is alittle bit stupid, but thats not their fault. A better question would be do people with mild mental retardation even have shots at a normal life with a family and relationships?

Alright, so I'm 15 and in high school. Here's the deal, my girlfriend decided to break up with me. Word got around to me before she actually did it. So according to my 'intel' she was going to do it at school on monday, the day i found out was friday.

So to lighten up my mood my friends showed me a wild night on Saturday. We ended up at a teen dance downtown. I met someone, and spent the majority of the night dancing and flirting with her. After it was over, one of my friends was throwing up, so everyone decided to take him home and then head over to another friends house. I decided to go with this new girl and her friends. We hooked up and I spent the night with her at her friends house (parents were gone for the weekend). Turns out that we have much more in common then a like for each other's lips, and we hung out the following day. Then comes the dreaded Monday, and guess what? No break up. I'm still with her, yet Have plans with the new girl this week. What now?

This question is not as long as it seems, I just really need advice. It will seem long because there is a letter on the end, which will be explained.
