No way should a 10\11 yr old CHILD have a boyfriend. Your way TOO YOUNG. You will have plenty of boyfriends when you are older. Don't rush things, enjoy being a child.

I did and we are still together! But that was 7 years ago.. Little girls now are more... I don't know how to say it? Not as innocent maybe? But our relationship devoloped EXTREMELY slow it was ridiculous. We never talked forever because I was too shy. We didn't truly start having a social relationship until we were 14. That's how slow it went. So with certain people it's okay, I think. As long as it's innocent. I don't encourage it though. Being friends is better at first.

NO, at that age they don't have the mental capabilities to handle a "boyfriend" and technically the way my mother always put it to me ... you don't have a "boyfriend" until they come and pick you up from your house and take you out to dinner (meaning that until they're old enough to go out together without being escorted by parents then NO they aren't old enough to have a boyfriend) ... PLUS look at the mental battles you go through when having a boyfriend, it's very stressful and she is TOO young

I think if it's one of those innocent grade school boyfriends, then yeah... they normally consider a "boyfriend" as the boy in class that they are really shy around, who they follow on the playground, and who they giggle around... they don't consider boyfriends and girlfriends as a serious thing just yet... I say let them have their innocent fun.

I wont let my daughter gave a boyfriend, I think that is to young to have a boyfriend

No, you should't. Wait until you enter high school. You have your whole life to get heartbroken don't start that young with boys.
