Well i know this girls for a few months and i told her that i had a chance in being with her in a relationship , and she said to me time will decide. So today she sent me a text sying "Boy I'm hooked on you" so what does that mean? is that a positve or negative thing? Please help. And I don't know what to tell her.

It can mean two things, either she likes you or she is a tease and she is just messing with your mind. Remember us girls can be a little manipulative when it comes to these things. we know. ask her about the text, what's her connotation. all address your feelings in person. you never know the mood a person is in an email or a text. You need to her in her voice.

it's a very positive thing. it means she really likes you and that she's ready to be in a relationship with you. You should talk with her about if she's ready now. this is the obvious answer.
the less obvious answer is she may be playing with you. i HIGHLY doubt shes this kinda of person, but these people are out there. but, i would go with my first advise and TALK to her about going into a relationship together now.

Translation: She really likes being with you
Take her somewhere with meaning for you to show her that you appreciate being with her like your favorite restaurant...
