I took my mom to the doctor a couple of months ago and there was this male nurse there. He was super nice and friendly to everyone...to the point I thought he might be gay! Anyway, while my mom was in the office, we got to talking. On the ride home, my mom tells me that she thinks he liked me. Thinking it over, he may have been flirting with me, but I'm clueless when it comes to picking up signals, so I wasn't sure. Every time we go there he'll sit and talk to me while she's with the doctor. It's not so much what he says to me, because it's just chat, but the way he looks at me gives me butterflies! Then, on our last visit, he said "have a good weekend" and smaked my butt! I suppose that should've been a definate signal...but I still think that maybe he's just being friendly (really friendly!) My mom says to "go for it"...but I've never asked a guy out before. Besides, if I'm misreading him then I'd be mortified and I do have to continue going to the office. So, any advice?

i had a best friend once and we used to do like everything together. but a while back we started fighting, then she stuck a note in my locker saying we need to end the friendship. i burst out crying at school, and we went to see the councoler to talk it out. but we drifted, as she found new friends and so did i. we went in different directions, didnt talk until today. with one word, yeah. it just kinda showes me that i miss that friendship a lot. now she is not the kind of person to hold a grudge, and i am not sure if she is mad. how can i find out, and if so how can i make it up to her? if she is not, how do i start the friendship over again? ahh! i dont know what to do! i miss her! she was my bff and if only she would realize that. it makes me really sad to thing about all the fun times we had and now its all gone...

ok...here is the situation..I met this guy and when we met it was only suppose to be a buddy type thing...Well we did do something but I also have feelings for this dude..Well he told my frined that he was thinkin bout being with me..I ain't tryin to jump into a relationship because I want to get to know him and everything but I want to be with him*does that make sense* Like i want to date him and only him...anyways..i don't know where we stand and I would really like to figure it out but I am to scared to talk to him and I got up the nerve tonight to talk to him but he was going to bed whne i left so he said he wouldn't call me and all this and I just sent him a text asking him to call me because I wanted to talk to him after setting somethng up to met tomorrow to talk. I don't know if I should wiat things out or try talking to him..Someone please help

there is a user on this site, who has posted the same question at least 700 times in the course of three months. the title of the question is differant each time, and may be posted under a differant user name, but the details within are the same. down to the letter in some cases. now, if you do a little math, that adds up to roughly 7 times a day for three months. alot of people have given some really good advice but it apparently it hasnt stuck. the only reason i botherd to do the math is so i could break it down and show how frequently it has been asked. other people have noticed this too and said it in their answers. i politely suggested that it might be time to get some professional help if our answers arent cutting it, i made sure i stressed that i wasnt trying to be mean or rude. but if we havent given her the right answer by now, what would make her see that maybe she does need some help other than casual yahoo answers users?

I've been broken up from my ex now for about 3 weeks, I got tired of him treating me like I was nothing. I felt like I was in a relationship by myself. Its just him and his mother and he acted like nothing mattered except for him and his mother. Its just really hard not to contact him because I went out with him for 2 years. I want to call him but I'm afraid that he already has someone else, and since I still love him I rather not know, so I don't have to go through that pain. He has not called me. I tried to talk to him about how I feel but he tells me he doesn't care. Do you think I'm doing the right thing by leaving him?

well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it. the next day my friend overheard her and her best friends conversation and said her best friend said"so are you gunna go out wwith him" and she said i don't know. they also said she was really really happy i asked her out. the weird thing is after likea week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and looks away when i look. also today in class we were reading this romantic story outloud and she kept staring at me with her head in her hands and looked kinda like she was daydreaming.(0) like this ( =hands 0=head
i'm just really confused now. does she like me? shes also transferring to a different school in may.when i saw her today my heart started beating in a way i never felt before it was........i dunno what to do . should i try again?

Ok so my ex fiance broke up with me a while back and was refusing to talk to me. Then I talked to her best friend and she told me that my ex was moving to another country. Well I didn't really believe it so I went to where her best friend worked and it was only to find out that my ex was working there too. Well the first time I went and saw her we just argued for a while but she told me not to worry because she would be there for at least another year. Then I came back a few days later and apologized to her. When I was done she looked like she wanted to cry and said it was her who should be apologizing not me. Then a week later I came in to give her some of her things. I walked in handed them to her and on my way out she asked me how things were going. I said good how are you? Haha i cant help my self, I keep thinking the time an ex did not fit into a Trojan Twisted pleasure condom, it was an inch short, I laughed the whole time. its still funny. And the magnum ones will be to big for his skinny thingy hahahahha. I am sorry for being hyper.

I am starting to get serious with this girl and the one thing I keep coming back to is her sense of style. She is a nice girl and attractive, however it is sometimes an embarrassment to be seen with her. She dresses very "over the top" with extremely tight jeans. She isn't overweight, but I still don't think these things look appropriate for most occasions. Also, she loves to wear things with fake fur. Her coat has this fake fur thing around the hood. Her winter boots, which I HATE, have fur on them. Spring is near and I'm afraid she will start wearing capris! I am 26 and would prefer to be with someone who dresses more adult, more professional and feminine. How do I make her show some class? I can live with her HUGE sunglasses and her gross thongs, which I think look trashy...but I can't go out with her to nice places if she is going to dress like a bum. I like her a lot and don't want to change or control her, but this really bothers me.
