Okay my friend says her & her boyfriend have been trying to have sex for a while but each time they try her hole gets tighter & it hurts her & doesn't really let him go in. . . shes not a virgin so why does it do this?

well that could be because of her. she might not be turned on enough to relax her. either that or she might have muscle tension.

There could be a couple of reasons. First, maybe it's been a while since she's had sex. Second, her nervosity level may be tightening her vaginal muscles, so the first thing she needs to do is relax. And it's all in the foreplay. Foreplay for a woman is more important than the actual sex act, so arousing a woman before then is very important. Engaging in oral sex or using a water-based lubricant might help.
