I like this guy who is my best friends cousin. We have been talkin on the phone for a few days. He told me the other night that a while back he had a crush on me, but that I was too young at the time. I was just wondering if someone could tell me ways to see if he likes me. As well as ways to tell him that I like him without coming off to strong. Thanks in advance for the help!

First of all, it really sounds like he still likes you. He sounds kind of shy (at least in this situation).
Do you think you could ask him out? ...just something really casual first. If so, do it.

If he liked you he'd make it known and he'd ask you out on a date, yes a REAL date, just the two of you.
When a guy likes you, you never feel foolish when expressing your feelings to him or have to worry about coming off too strong. Don't waste your time on this guy.

It sounds to me that he is trying to tell you that he likes you still just b4 you were to young.....I wold just come right out and tell him,why beat around the bush about it~!:) Good Luck~!
