There's this guy that I really, really like and I can't go out with him yet - at least, not for rite now. whenever he asks me to hang out with him, i always have to say i can't and it really really REALLY sucks because i like him a lot. he hasnt been calling me lately and i miss him a lot and i miss his calls. he says he really likes me and he's been so obvious about it since forever but he only calls sometimes now, and this happened after i said maybe.

do guys hate the word maybe? does he not like me anymore?

i have been going out for three yrs with the same man and now lately he's hasnt been around with me lateley. i know he's NOT cheating he's a straight forward person he's 46 yrs old and some one was telling it could be mid age crisis "what is that"? and he's moody and the next day he's not. sometimes i feel like im walking on eggshells.? what do you think?

i know its almost impossible to totally erase him from my memory but, how do i forget about this guy i used to like?

i dont like him anymore but i see him everyy day in school. and i know he doesnt like me anymore either but hes just so nice and sweet sometimes. and my old feelings keep coming back. its so annoying. how do i forget about him??

My girlfriend asked me if I was attracted to her & I questioned it told her I was in a way& & then questioned it again... Im attracted her i dont know why I was questioning it right then before//after I told her I was attracted to her, I wouldnt want to be with anyone other then her & I am attracted to her, I didn't lie to her did I? I have known this guy for years and I have come to think of him as my "back up". I really care about him and i am sure that i love him on some level, but it has never worked out for us. I have a boyfriend who I've loved for over 3 years but we have only dated for 2 months now. Being with him is really strange he acuses me of cheating on him, doesn't pit effort into seeing me and blows up at the drop of a hat. He tells me he loves me and we see each other about once a day for a few minutes to a few hours. He talks about everything negitive and rarely says anything sweet. He says this is because he never got compliments as a kid growing up. When I compliment him he ignores it or turns away. He has said I'm his dream but I'm not so sure it doesn't seem like he is treating me like I'm a dream. Do I continue on and see if it gets better or call it a loss? I have always felt like I would spend the rest of my life with him and the person he is displaying is not the one I fell in love with.

My separated "boyfriend" and I have been involved for 2 years and have been living together for 5 months. He has been having a hard time letting go of his wife and his guilt for being with me. He is always available to his wife and is trying to be a good father.

In the meantime, I have been doing everything I can for him and end up coming up empty handed at times. He tells me that he wants a future with me and that it's hard to find a balance between everything. His actions have me completely confused as well because somedays I think he wants to be with me, and the next day I feel unappreciated and unloved.

Would you stand by him while he goes through this? Or would you assume that he could never give you what you need, and move on with your life?

My mother is 50 years old and I am 14. I have a 10 year old sister. My father died about 1 and a half years ago, and, since then, my mother has started to drink large amounts of alcohol in the evenings. She consumes at least 2 or 3 glasses of wine every night, nearly always when alone. It makes a huge difference to her personality, which is how I first realised that she was drinking so much.

Both my mother's mother and her brother had alcohol problems, which led to my mother's brother being killed outright in a very nasty alcohol induced car accident.

I have tried to stop her from drinking so much, but first talking to her, then sticking "DO NOT DRINK" to all the wine bottles in the house, and by shouting at her while crying, but nothing at all ha worked.

My neighbour (who is my mother's close friend) and I have been talking about this, and we don't know what to do. Please help me. I can't talk to my relatives because they all live ages away and hate me.

short version of long story:

theres this girl at my high school who has nowhere to live cause her parents use 2 abuse her so she makes deals with guys that shell sleep wit them if they feed her and let her sleep at there house

i made an arangement with her to do that but then i really started likeing her

i let her move in with me and my family loves her but i cant stand her anymore, shes become so clingly. how do i get her out of my house ?

And i said: No to dinner or drinks but I could meet you for coffee and by the way this is not a date..

He said great im look forward to that.

I do NSA and find that most of the times when I hook up for one, the guys "oh yeah I do that" turns out to be a bit of a far stretch. Okay, Im fourteen, and I've been talking to a guy a lot lately, and he just recently asked me out... and we aren't going out yet, but I do like him a lot... anyway, I have something similar to tourettes. When I was little, i would sort of hum at the end of sentences or when everything was quiet. The doctors tested for it, and they said I was normal, and that it was a nervous habit that I would grow out of... and I have grown out of it. But all my friends to this day believe I have tourettes. And now my "boyfriend" found out, and he says it doesn't bother him, but it has to, right? I mean, no fifteen year old boy would truly want to go out with a girl with tourettes... i mean, its not extreme enough for anyone to notice it. Its pretty much gone... and its extremely hard to talk to him about it. I dont like to talk to anyone about it, and I never have. Its the only thing i've kept completely to myself... i dont even know what my question is. Any advice at all would be great... thanks.

ok when i was 8 i live next to a guy who was my age. people always said we would end up togther. but we were never freinds. would use to hang out a lot when we were kids, but then i dont know what happen. besides he said hurfull things. this was when i use to live in california. now i live in arizona.i dont think ill ever see him again. what do all of you think? is stupid huh ? :)

I haven't dated a girl for about two years now, and I'm going to graduate from college at the end of next semester. I'm a little bit afraid to ask anybody out because I think the chances of her and I living close enough together, graduating somewhat close together, and getting a job near the same place are slim. I don't want to start a relationship and then discover that it's just not going to work because of those reasons. Please don't give me the answer, "If you love each other, it shouldn't matter." That's too generic and overused, in my opinion. Let me know what you all think.
