Since his sister is you friend, you can get feedback from her regarding how you should proceed. I am sure she can find out from him without him knowing that you are interested in him. That way you won't lose him as a friend. He won't feel uncomfortable with you as he won't know your are really interested in being more than just his friend. It is a win win situation. Nothing lost, and maybe he also feels the way you do.

sounds like he does like you. in case you want him then possibly drop some tricks and note if he catches on. possibly he's basically worried about asking you because you've undemanding one yet another see you later and idea it may get awkward. best guess is to make the first bypass and keep on from there :)

Well sum people who become your boyfriend end up getting married, but sum tend to slip off the side. But if you know deep deep down that u and him should be 2gether, then go for it. I hope you make a great couple.
