My best guy friend and I are really great friends and we tell each other pretty much everything, we r great friends. Well i am n the ninth grade and for freshmen we have a from (freshman prom) and we had decided that if we couldn't get dates that we would go together as friends. Well a few days ago he asked me at lunch if i would go with him to the from, i said sure. Then he said that Blair (one of his other friends) had been bugging him to ask me to go with him.
He has also talked to me about how his Mom thinks we should go out, but then laughs it off. I'm not really sure whats going...
See he liked one of my other friends and things got out and she just laughed at him (which i thought was mean! bc they r good friends 2) so i am not sure if he likes me and is just to scared to do much of anything then give me hints.
What do u think? Does he like me or not?

and I am getting SO sick and tired of it. What should i do to make her learn her lesson? She's 11, so she can reach the light switch, but she just doesn't care. I always yell at her for it and tell her to turn them off, but she just says "if you're so worried about it, then YOU do it" so I always have to turn off everything for her. Please give me advice. I feel like people think I'm really weird and that I'm boring and quiet. I want to be more funny and friendly and outgoing but I have no confidence. I'm on track but I only talk to a couple people. I feel like when I try to be funny my friends think I'm just being weird or annoying. There's this girl who reminds me a lot of how I am at home she's really hilarious, and is really nice and friendly but I am so shy and I feel like people will think I'm weird for going from being REALLY shy and quiet to being outgoing and loud. I was seeing a guy for about 8 months. I didn’t really want a relationship with him. I liked having him as a friend and I liked having him in my life but I didn’t really want anything more. He knew this and he often became upset by my lack of romantic interest in him. Then one day he stopped taking my calls and later he informed me that he no longer wanted me in his life because I couldn't give him what he wanted, which was to be his girlfriend. This was about three months ago, but it still bothers me. I don’t think his actions were fair. Do I have a right to be bothered?

I recently ended a 14 yr friendship with my friend. She stressed me out and caused me way too much unneeded drama she put me in the middle of her and her husbands problems i got blamed for things i had nothing to do with. She cheated on her husband when she was staying with me at my house while i was at work and blamed the hickies on me. She was only staying with me because she told me her husband was beating her and he wasn't. I ended the friendship because she would call me and complain about her husband or how hard it was taking care of her son. I have a 15 month old daughter and i got to the point where i didn't want my daughter around her because she would fly off the handle she went to go spank my daughter because her shoe came off. My friendship with her caused problems with me and my parents and my boyfriend i took up for her and tried to help her and they saw hedr for what she was. She says that her failing marriage is my fault and that i am to blame for all her problems Why??

My ex and I were married 8+ years and have been divorced for 4. We have a 6 and a 9 year old together. The problem is that he involves my children in everything. At the beginning they would tell me the things he'd say and I would just try to push it to the side and tell them that they need to be concerned with kid stuff and let me deal with the grown stuff. Recently it has become very harsh and I have had my fill of it. Now I have not talked negatively about him but I find myself being very honest with them because his trash talk is putting my charactor into question. I love my kids and I'm not sure how to take the high road when the talk is so spiteful and wrong. I tell my kids that they know me well enough to know that I do not do those things and tell them that I can't explain why he says what he does, and they become upset with him. He can not get over the marriage and pull himself together, but I don't know how to make him stop pulling them in. Talking to him doesn't work.

I've had a myspace for about 3 years and when my brother found out i had one he opened his mouth to my parents about myspace and my mom searched it up and didn't like the idea of it and she made me delete mine. I understand why she did that, because of idiot kids posting personally identifiable information about themselves over the internet and about those internet predators out there misrepresenting themselves on myspace to try to meet teens and do things to them. i am aware of these people and i know better not to post information like that on the internet and i use myspace strictly to talk to my friends only. after a whule she let me have my myspace back but then let me delete it again. Do you think that's fair of her. I'm a 14 year old boy who has the mentality of a 2o year old. besides even though predators go for boys, they are most likely to go for girls. is it fair of my mom?
