I mean, if a person handles they issues and just want to have some one to hang with outside of their "baggage", what's the issue?

Oops, I meant to say "their issues". Pardon me.

Well, personally..I do have kids, but wisdom teaches me how to deal with my own issues without olacing them on others. And I'm just speaking on general conversations, I've had with friends in the past. And assuredly guys come with more baby momma drama than women come with the baby daddy stuff. Also, this is about hanging out with someone, not intimate or committments.

no
it's mostly women who carry baggage
men move on
yes there are men who have "baggage"
but most other men view them as wimps personafied and pity them becuase they could not move foward and move on
men avoid women with baggage because at one point in every mans life he's been there and know what a pain it is to deal with an emotional basket case who seemingly may forgive, but never forgets.. this gets tiring real fast
and after a few women like this he finally says enough and decides not to deal with it
now if you got it together and have no baggage issue this should not be a problem what so ever
but women tend to have sympathy factors and most women know a girl with baggage and wonder why this guy just doesn't hook up, they love the idea of a guy saving a girl from her ills, men however do not share the same view

Well lets look at the baggage. If a man sees a woman with kids from a previous relationship he has to worry about dealing with the ex.He also looks at how the woman disciplines her kids and if there is a lack of it, then he doesnt want to become their doormat.Same goes for women too.A smart woman wont want a guy who has made a total mess of his life.Like if he has 15 dwi's 6 ex g/f's 3 with his kids, has to go to court ,behine in child support, no job an eviction and a partridge in a pear tree. Some people want to live in fantasy land and believe these things are no big deal, until they have to deal big with them.Others decide to skip the drama and heartache.

the deal is, men want to be the baggage, but they don't want to have a relationship with a woman that has baggage, cause that would mean there had been another guy.

Everyone has baggage but emotional baggage? I think we need to check it at the counter and leave it there. It gets too tiresome carrying it around doesn't it? Forward is where we need to go! :)

If baggage you mean a woman with kids, then yes I don't want that type of woman. Single mothers aren't that attractive to me.

Everyone on this earth has some "issues", and I agree with you, if you have any hint of "issues", they don't want to bother. Guess the majority of them are pretty shallow!!

It may be the type of issues not just issues as a whole.
