where are your parents? Aren't there any adults on here who want to ask serious questions? I'm so tired of hearing, "does he/she like me?" or "am I pretty?" or "how do you kiss a boy?" Blah blah blah.

Oh Serena... I hear you. On weekends, this Y/A is torture!!! I, too , wonder... don't teens go out to movies , dances, whatever, any more? Don't they have friends/family to talk to? How the hell do I know if someone is pregnant??? I sure as hell don't know what to do about a pimple or a prom dress !!

Well it depends on the time zone, I think. My boys are in bed. It is after midnight here.
In general, though, I think kids have a lot of wisdom. It is easier to sort out someone else's problems sometimes than your own. I always tell my boys that they are "adults in training" and that being a kid is not like being second class.
I treat young people with the same respect that I expect in return. Age is just a number, afterall. We all have some universal similiarties regardless of where we live or our ages.
As for the same type of questions over and over...believe me that most forum situations have the same thing. I have been online since 1993 and regardless of the forum people will fret about the same types of topics over and over. I just don't read what doesn't interest me.

You may not realize this, but kids/teenagers need help too. They need advice. It may not be the same kind of advice you need, but you were probably asking the same questions. Plus, sometimes a teenager is able to give more advice than some adults. We're able to put it like it is and not worry about what anyone will say back.

I agree. As an adult, it is frustrating to ask a question and then it is assumed you are 13 because the majority are...

But it has shown how rude some "adults" are also. It is not just the immature kids - the adults are just as bad.

because the adults usually help them instead of complaining...
If you dont like the question, dont open them... If you dont like to have to skip that question and keep looking at the next one, that means your an answererholic... and you need a life... You are complaining about having to read so many kid's questions, ones that are on a free site where noone really cares what you have to say...

There is always a flood of stupid questions.I have posted the same question as you myself. It gets really annoying."its like omg,the world will like end in like a day if this girl doesn't like call me".blah blah yammer yak yak yak. They need a Yahoo kiddie forum in my opinion.Let them drive each other crazy with their nonsense and let us ask and answer legitimate subjects. This isn't "Yahoo Young-uns" LOL

That's easy, kids now days ARE TAUGHT TO ACT LIKE GROWN UPS, going on dates, kissing, HAVING SEX!!! But they don't know how to act like adults because they aren't adults, SOO, they ask help from US adults or just watch t.v. that show adult things instead.

I agree some children are just too immature. They should be on myspace or something why do you think it was made so creepy pervs can ask them their personal info and then kinnap them.

i agree. when i was 11, i didnt care what kissing was like, if someone liked me, or how it felt to be in love. plus, if i had, my parents wouldnt have let me near a computer to ask a bunch of strangers. either i'm sheltered, or the world has made some drastic changes in the last decade. (besides the obvious, computers becoming available in homes)
