My husband past away suddenly 2 years ago. but it still hurts. we have been married for 35 years, which not only weighed heavenly on my mind but, weighed heavenly in my heart. It is very hard for me to get over this, even now which is 2 years later, the hurt still is there. What is even more tramatic is that he passed away in the house, next to me. So I am hoping that there is someone who understands and is willing to share and help me to try to get through this.

So my close friend of 5 yrs and I dont speak bc I refuse to answer her calls because of things she's said to me as of late...she told me a relationship I had isnt serious and i should "get over it", she never dove 1hr to come visit me at school but drove 8+ hrs to see a guy and told me "my car acts up", she told me that maybe I'm to blame for my problems, AND since she got into a 4 yr university said "you know I'm in .... now so I'm busy" as an excuse as to why we dont talk or hang out often though when I was in school I NEVER said that to her or belittled her for going to a community college. So now I havent spoken to her in a month adn was just gonna call her on her bday in April. I'm not ready to make nice! So am I acting bitchy or is this justified?

I dated a girl for about 4 months and she broke up with me in the beginning of january. I thought everything was perfect. She said she loved me and everything but just didn't think we were "right" for eachother. Well, On valentines day, she called me to hang out. Every weekend since we spend the entire weekend together and it seems like it was when we were dating. Having a lot of sex and being very intimate and very happy. All of our dates we've been on lately have been great too, going to dinner and stuff. I asked her to commit to me again and she said she wasn't ready. do you think its likely we'll get back together?

i live with my bf (by necessity, i have nowhere else to go. but i'm not WITH him by necessity, i'm with him cuz we love each other). recently, he got a job he finally likes and its starting to seem permanent.

the problem: 12-hour workdays (or more) practically everyday and sometimes saturdays. give 2 hours for commute, 8 hours for sleep, that leaves 2 hours a day of free time (not even including eating, showering, etc.) we hardly ever have time together anymore. i've tried talking to him, but he just gives me a guilt trip like "i'm doing it for you!" or "i finally have a job i love, why cant you be happy for me?"

i feel like i've taken second place next to his job. should i leave him be? what about my happiness? am i being too needy? should i just play the role of housewife with no expectations? this much work isn't necessary to pay the bills, they're MORE than paid for. i'm beginning to feel like i have a roommate rather than a bf. i miss the man and we freaking live together!

This afternoon my partner was on his way home when I went to pick up my son from school. Because the door wouldn't shut properly I had to deadbolt it. When my partner got home he didn't have a key for the door and I tried and tried to ring him but apparently his phone was playing up. Any way he got really angry that he couldn't get inside and cracked the front door. He then couldn't find his half finished car keys and when I did det hold of him he was yelling at me telling me to tell him where his fuc#$ing keys where. I didn't know and he got even angrier and smashed the home phone. Now he is saying it's all my fault because I locked the door and he couldn't get in. Is it really my fault???? Because I didn't think I did anything wrong but lock the door and went to get my son.

i recently got out of a long term relationship, and there is this girl, i fell for her intially but friends were trying to hook her up w. someone she had a crush on for a while, i gave her a v-day card and when we talked about it, she got teared up thinkin bout makin a choice, i said i would brake off, just be friends, but at ski club we listened to her ipod and iris by goo goo dolls, count on me by default, and wonderwall by oasis, i feel for her again, but i dont want to make her choose, and i deff dont wanna make her cry...what do i do?

I really want to move out of home! I am 19 and a college student at the moment, but I feel like when I graduate and go back home I will be stuck. I have a lot of money saved up because of my family, so when I get a job I could pay for a home, but the problem is that my parents don't think I have the skills needed to manage a household. But I was never taught those skills and have no idea where to learn them from (because my parents are too busy to teach me). My high school did not have home economics. Are there classes or something that young adults can take to learn the skills needed to live on your own as an independent person??

I do know that a house can be very expensive to keep up, but I know plenty of single people and single-income families who manage just fine.

Where can I find plus size wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses in Illinios around the 62231 area code. I dont want a website because the bride wants to ACTUALLY try it on before buying, and we need a place where the bridesmaids dresses got up past a 4X, because one of the bridesmaids is pretty big and we are having trouble finding a dress that will fit her, the places are more than happy to sew in the extra fabric but its gonna cost an arm and a leg for the extra fabric. Please help.

My bf and I have been dating on and off for 6.5 yrs and he won't ask to marry me. We have had the relationship talk, and it seems like he is sure he wants to marry me, but he doesn't want to do it right now. What could he be waiting for? He says he is waiting for me to get out of school, but I only have one class left and he won't even discuss when would be the appropriate time to get married or engaged. Why is that? What is going through a guys mind? I mean we have been dating for 6 yrs, although we have a long distance relationship, we both are very committed to each other, so why would he not want to discuss the next step? I would think it would be nice to be able to be together everyday and night, instead of twice a month on the weekends. What could be wrong here?

well we hung out like three times and then everyone knew i liked him and someone asked him and he said he didnt know he is not good at asking girls out because he used to like this girl and he didnt want to ask her out but he said he is over her and he hugs her and her friends and talks to her he comes behind me and talks to his friends and smiles at me it looks like at least then he looked pissed and i wanted t ry the friend thing first so my friend told him that i didnt like him like that anymore and just wanted to be friends when he was already sad or mad or whatever his emotion was and my friend told me he said that he didnt care and wasnt the one that liked me in the first place yet he flirted with me and i was wondering if he liked me or not be

I have cheated on her before and I told her the truth as soon as I did it.I have done it twice.It's been about a year and a half now and I havn't had sex with anyone but her.She forgave me very quickl.I thought it kind of strange by life goes on.I told her I would forgive her if she ever did it.She said she would never tell me if she did cause shes afraid I would leave her for it.I feel she hasn't givin me the benefit of the doubt.I feel when I cheated on her she still showed her love fully.I feel if she did tell me that she cheated I would give her the same love back ,I'd tell her I forgive her.If she won't tell me the truth ,then I think that's "untrue love" because she's not truthful.

Our 5-year-annivesery is coming up, and as a present, I thought of compiling a book of our relationship using blurb.com. I'm going to incoporate over 11 years worth of photographs in it, as well as letters and emails that have been written. It's going to be seperated into two parts - 'the story of us', and the 'scrapbook' area (the latter taking up most of the book). I'm going to write out how we met, became friends, dated, got engaged and so forth...the only problem is, I have NO IDEA how to begin it! We met in Sunday School when we were 8 years old, if that helps. Please, anything you can come up with will be GREATLY appreciated - something besides 'once upon a time there was a boy and girl'. Also, what point of veiw should it be in? I want our kids to be able to read it, so I'm not sure if I want it from my POV, because that leaves his thoughts out- but will it seem too impersonal if I do it from 3rd person? Please, give me ideas!

I've been going out with my girlfriend for 6 months, i know its nothing serious but she's absolutely crazy for me. I cant have one day by myself without her calling me every five seconds or begging me to go out and do something with her. I was hoping that it would wear off later in the relationship but i guess i was wrong. I need to know a good way to break it off without hurting her feelings because she cuts.
