My boyfriend is always on myspace and whenever he is on, this chick is on also. He wont let me view his messages so how can I get in?

Almost 2 years ago I moved out of our house and continued to pay the mortgage off. This year the divorce was financially settled and I paid a lump sum and we came to the agreement that she is to sell the house. Until it is sold I am to bear all costs for the house i.e. means gas, electricity and of course the mortgage. I find this very hard because I had even to go into debts to pay the lump sum. I gave also a part of my pension away. All along the settlement I was advised by an solicitor. But yet I feel that it was onesided. What can I do, am I entitled to pay just the interest and not any more the principle of the mortgage and may I stop paying for gas and electricity?

We are both angry and (I am hurt also) about some words and actions that took place. I feel sad but I also feel that she was in the wrong so I said something mean. I still feel that she was in the wrong and I don't think she will change the way she is. Has anyone not talked to their mother for a long time and what made you reconcile?

So I have been dating this girl for about 6 months now and it has defintely been a rocky road. However lately, as the days go by, I am finding myself more and more unattracted to the drama that goes on in her life as well as physically. I feel like I am trapped. The REAL issue is breaking this to her..she has had alot of issues recently and I really don't want to be the person that sends her over the edge. Also whenever I have communicated to her ANYTHING that remotely involves me going anywhere(such as college, vacation, etc.) she immediately becomes sad and a bit pouty. In my own mind, I think she needs me to be a friend instead of her boyfriend. I feel like if I dump her now, she will breakdown. But if I don't do this something soon I feel like I will go downhill along with her. So what should I do?

okay i ride the bus to school school and i was talking to some people and made 2 friends. 1 is a guy and the other is a girl. that guy i gave a nick name "blondie" and we were just bus friends until he said he was going to my house later that day. and it creeped me out. so i told him to get the hell away from me. and he did. 4 months later i miss the way he makes me laugh and the jokes he tells. and i really want to talk to him again. and i know he want to talk to me to. but i am afraid he wil get the wrong idea and get closer to me like last time. and start thinking he can come over because he is like 6 apt. down. he is a 7th grader and i am a 8th grader. in the begining i didnt want to be firend with him but the girl he talked to. so i made friends with the girl and he tagged along. so i didnt care if he was there or not. but i just really want to say hi once in a while. but the last time i did he was doing the last time. what should i do. he is nice and not a bad person eirther.

I am a junior in college and want to settle down with my gf and have kids after I graduate. However, I have often thought about getting my doctorate in creative writing and feel that I could be successful if I tried. I feel no matter which direction I decide to go I will regret it. If I have kids right away I'm always going to wonder if that didn't hold me back from getting my doctorate and being content in my career. If I get the doctorate i'm always going to regret not pursuing my writing career. I feel either way i'll have to face possible regret. Which do you find more important? Career or Family?

ok we've been together for a year and he was so nice in the beginning a now he's a total conrol freak!!!!! he basically lied about who he was.....he's a ex drug dealer and is jobless spends a lot of time at my place he eats (alot),sleeps, showers
basically run up my bills and cant help me out because he doesnt have a job i should of known because he's 22 and still lives with his mom.....i eventually found out that the only responsiblity he had in his life is a cell phone bill and gas for his car.....so now he's been at my house for the last few months and then want to nit pick on me having little smart comments to say when i say i want some space...wtf! he act like he cant go home without him sayin....i only want him to go home is because i want to go out and meet ppl and all this other BS. he always blurts out" do whatever you want" he act like i need his approval whats his problem and what should i do???HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay there is this girl in one my classes who sits next to me.

She is a nice girl, a little quirky, but nice. I've had the feeling she liked me for a while now but today she practically said it. She kept writing these little notes on slips of papers and giving them to me saying stuff like "You are so cute!" and "I love you", not subtle at all.

I don't find her attractive at all and she gets on my nerves sometimes. She has a cute personality but it's one of those annoying ones. And she holds hands with this girl sometimes. I think she may be bi.

Problem is that I have a feeling she is going to ask me out soon and I don't know what to say. Obviously it's going to be no, but I don't know how to say it nicely.

Thing is that according to the original paperwork of the home my dad is the only one on it along with my mother NOT my brother. My sister-in-law is trying to fight part of the home because she had been living there with my brother and three nephews for close to 2yrs. She then abandoned the house to live with her lover and now wants to come back in to this house. I'm trying to find out if that could be possible or if my brother needs to fire his attorrney for also advicing him to give her back the keys of the home because they found out my brother's name is on I believe the homestead of the house.

my father and i don't get along at all. he's always had a grudge against me ever since i was little, and i gave up a long time ago to try to figure it out.

i'm about to get married and would 100% rather have my grandfather walk me down the isle, but i'm not sure how my family would take this. my fiance's family think i should have my father do it, but i think it would be really awkward for the both of us. i'd rather not even have him there if i could.

so should i just grit my teeth and have him give me away or should i do the non-traditional way and have who i want do it instead?
