So I like this girl at work, and it seems like for some reason I'm afraid to say anything to her, I can't even look her in the eyes anymore. I don't know why either, I've made things REALLY awkward. How do I damage control this situation?

lol, that's cute. well it depends on how you made things awkward. i would tell her you like her. Girls love it when guys like tell them. or maybe just like i dunno, invite her for lunch. small things are really noticed. be a gentlemen, hold the door open for her, tell her she looks really good today or something. anything

I have went throught the same thing. In fact, the only way I could talk to him again was to finally get over my crush. I still like him, and wouldn't mind going out with him, but I regret not telling him. So as a someone who has had a crush on a coworker, and been nothing but rude, just try being more polite. Ask her out, the worse she can do is say no. I know that seems horrible, but I wish I had told my crush I liked him when the time was right instead of being constantly unfriendly.

some people get a little nervous when they're around someone they like and then they can't really control how they behave or what they say... so it comes out short or rude at times.. just take a deep breath and be casual with her. don't send any overly strong signal... that'll turn most people right off.

You are probably just really nervous. Try practicing in the mirror (not too much or else it won't sound natural) and hopefully you will be able to repair the damage. Good luck

Girls HATE rude guys, can't stand it. Even if your extremely hot we wouldn't dare go out with a guy who could posibly be doing it just to laugh about it later.
