get my long term b/f to be more romantic?
We've spoke about it and it just seems to go in one ear and out the other. His reasons for not being romantic in the past were i didnt seem like the woman who liked that sort of stuff.
I dont think he has ever swept me off my feet or even said anything remotly romantic. HELP!!

i married in 2001 when i was 19. i have always loved my husband but never been in love with him. things have never been easy for us and life has been very stressful. then last december i met someone else and feel that i am in love with him. i feel with him i have found what i always wanted but never thought existed. i have not cheated on my husband in a sexual way with this man though i do feel i am cheating on him emotionally. i guess my question is should i listen to my head, honour my commitment i made when i married and stay with my husband or listen to my heart and leave? we have no children.

Me and my boyfriend have been fighting lately. I think maybe we spend too much time together, we don't go out anymore. When he gets mad he yells, then I get mad and threw the vacume and he yelled you always escalate things and make them worse. I just feel like I want to break up with him. I think I need to give him a good scare because we are getting too comftorable in our rel. He has been rude lately. I cleaned the wholehouse 5 bed while he was at work, no thank you, a girl called him late at night. I told him how I felt a girl that works with him but still. SHe said I know you are sleeping calling to chat. It's me. I wrote him like a 3 pg letter and he said nothing. Just read it and that was it. I think I am going to act like I am really moving out and pack some stuff. It's like you get to comftorable and don't appreciate the things you have ya know??

He is already telling her he loves her and wants to marry her. He was actually telling her this before either one was divorced. He goes over and starts her car in the morning, sends her flowers, pays her bills. She has her own place, he does not. He lives with his sister. He just seems to good to be true. Im afraid he is going to hurt her and just investing in his future so to speak. Cuz after their divorce he will probably move right on in. Im also friends with his ex-wife and she said when she met him she had her own place and a sports car and promised her all this stuff and sweet talked her and turned out to be a real jerk. But he doesnt treat my friend like that or so she says. Hearing about him from both of them, Im not sure who to believe. I just dont want my friend to get used and hurt. She is just getting out of a relationship to. What do ya think?

Ok, so at school me and my friend were talking, right? Ok, well a teacher was behind us & I looked back twice. She’s an attractive teacher and my voice changed kinda got louder about what I was talking about, maybe to impress her? I’m not sure,Atleast I sorta think it did, i'm not even sure. I didn't even say anything to her, I have a gf and I feel guiilty? I over think things, does this make any sense? did I do anything wrong? I wouldn’t cheat on her if I could with anyone, but why do I feel guilty about this ?, is it just my mind messing with me and I should relax? this isn't the first time my thoughts have messed with my head, I didnt' even do it on purpose.

She's 9 months old & he never wanted to admit to his friends that had a daughter. As of recent, he's suddenly mentioning her as his own now & posting comments about her in his online profiles. Now he's talking to me, after almost 1 1/2 years of not saying much.

Am I just paranoid or do you think he has some secret motive here? I dont know if I feel this way because I am not used to getting his attention & him talking about his little girl proudly now or what..

Should I ask him about it or do you think that will make him reverse his actions? I like that he's talking now, but it's just so strange.

By the way, he has just moved across the pond, so it's not easy that I can just go to his door step & talk to him about it. My friends thinks it's sweet, but they haven't had hard relationships in their whole lives...whereas I had too many bad ones. I'm guessing I am having a bad outlook because of that...but just dont know if I should go with my gut or keep my mouth shut & try to enjoy it.

My friends say that I am a bit of a meany when it comes to dealing with guys. They say that I cut them off when they are talking, say mean things, and tell them to shut up. It is all in jest, but they say that the guys seem not to like it. I don't see that. They continue to hang out with me despite the ill treatment. Why is that? What can I do to lighten up a bit?

my mom died 4 months ago and i am very upset,and so is my dad but im finding it impossible to live with him he is extremely short tempered like i walked the wrong way to the the car today and he was saying we may aswell pack it in if your as silly to do things like that and he shouts at me over anything and smashes things and says you put your mother in her grave.when i tell him he's giving out to me he screams and shouts and smashes things, he's lazy and wont get up and then i get the blame.my lifestyle is screwed up.he always gives out about MY aunties and uncles and never has anything good to say about anyone if i disagree with him he says that im trying to start a fight . his niece was coming out yesterday and i asked him what time she would be here at and he screamed at me how am i supposed to no?.i seiriously cannot live like this i am an only child and my house is depressing and i cant really get out of it.the only place im happy is down the country with my mothers family but

My daughter is 6 years old and she has a boy at school she has a crush on. They tell each other they love each other and that they are boyfriend and girlfriend. Well they just exchanged phone #'s. I want to know suggestions on how to handle this. I have read not to encourage it, but not to discourage it either. I just want to make sure she doesn't do anything that will cause her to get in trouble. I have explained to her about him being a friend and that he is a boy and that she likes him alot. I have also told her their is absolutly no kissing, hugging, holding hands. Really I don't want to make a big deal out it. (which I probably am) I just want suggestions on the situations or past experience's.

I started dating my fiancé in 2003, but we wont be getting married till 2009. We are going through one of the long distance parts of the relationship and it's rough. I currently have no way of contacting him and his controlling condescending parents are once again taking a toll on my sanity and question if the relationship is worth it. When I try to recall why I love him I get frustrated with memories of his family interfering. But when I'm not focusing on it, happy memories slowly drift into my mind. I don't want to give up on him because deep down I still love him, so how do I bring up the memories in my time of need and not be frustrated that I feel like he is married to his family and merely having an affair with me?

Hi. I am 22.
A year ago I broke up with my ex, because I wasn`t sure about her, and also I wanted to experience life. I just felt like life wasn`t moving forward, and I just felt board, and not that happy.

Does this mean she was not the one for me?

Should I date many girls until I find the one which I feel comfortable with and don`t get board with after a few months? Is that how you know? I regret it now, but then I really felt dead.
