hehe, I'll go ahead and trump all the "just be yourself" fruity answers you are going to get... ignore that crap.
If you want to score with the ladies you have to be "casual" around them. Gotta play it cool... nothing bothers ya, and you aren't super interested in them. Let that build a while and then when you do tell a girl you like her style, it'll mean a lot more coming from the cool cat in the corner who doesn't drool after every female he meets, than it will coming from the nerdy kid who is always trying to get a date.
Throw a party here and there, and be social, but always be cool to them.
If you do get a date, be a gentleman and treat her right. When she tells her friends about you, they'll all want ya bad if your behavior was good. Treat her right though, if she is loyal to you, you be loyal back to her, damn ya! Be noble!

Well, usually they prefer guys that are a couple of years older, because of the maturity thing. But if you have a lot to offer, you might get some too. Just be sweet, say everything they WANT to hear, and say, Gee Linda, we´ve been dating on and off for 2 years now. Do ya think on Monday I can give you my promise ring so we can start going steady? Gee whiz, I´ll call up Fonzie, Ralphmalph and Potsy to see if we can have a shindig on Fri. at Arnolds...
I would go with something like that (just a bit more from THIS century).

Why do you need them in High School-you have your whole life ahead of you, and plenty of time for girls, later. Enjoy your male friends now, before they all start getting married after school is over.

Learn to dance! Dancers always get the girls! While the football idiots are being macho, you can have all the cheerleaders and other girls talking and dancing with you. Also, be cool and just chill. Never look like you are drooling. Learn how to talk to them. You gotta have game...a good conversation. All this worked for me!

Try to be interesting, different from the others, be self-confident, be funny but not a clown, act like you don't need them. Don't fake it, act, that is, you have to convince yourself of that. Don't do anything to try to like them just be yourself, independent but funny when you wanna be funny. Girls love challenges, what they cannot have. Remember the more you want it the less chances you'll have it. That is it. Good luck
