Call the local Sherrif's Office and file a complaint. Explain that whoever this person is that they are trying to serve either moved or provided a fraud address. Tell them if they don't stop, threaten to call the local newspapers and tell them you are being harressed by the Bailifs.

The only thing I can think of is to show them what you call, "Proof of Residency." This shoes who the owners of the house are, and it's occupants.
You can get this from your homowner's insurance company or a mortgage company. You may also be able to get it from your local court house, depending on the state you live in.

Hope this helped!

I had a similar situation where the police were phoning, and coming over constantly for a friend. I finally called the cops, and screamed bloody murder. I made my point. The calls and visits stopped.

Call the Sheriff's department and raise hell with them about this. They won't appreciate getting a phone call like that and if they're smart, they'll make sure to not piss you off again.
