why there are sexless marriages where a spouse has to beg another spouse to have sex? I think it's because when children come along couples spend more time being parents and no time being lovers.

It takes no creativity in being a parent. Babies need food, clean clothers, diapers. Pretty simple By the time they are in school, ther schedule is made. School and soccer practice or violin lessons. But it's not that easy being a lover. That takes an imagination, creativity, and patience. Most people don't put any effort into being a lover because it's a lot easier being a parent. And most people hide behind their parental roles because they no longer know how to be a lover.
What are your thoughts.

My girlfriend was suppose to meet me at a certain time. Then gives me a call and saying she was going out for a drink with her friend. I thought that would be fine and I would put our plans off for about an hour. Well, then find out it is a male co-worker and she was at the bar right down the street from you and didn't invite you. Then she ends up being there for 4 hours. She just swears she was catching up. I Don't know what to do or how to feel. I feel like a bad boyfriend that she would rather be with this guy instead of me.

My granduncle of 82, just 3 days ago, thanked me for the brownies and cookies I had made and sent him over the mail, just to surprise him and offer him a treat.
I asked him if he had liked them and he said yes, so I tiold him I'd be sending him another Batch soon.
With this he was pleased.
The very next day when I called my grandaunt of 73, she gave me some terribly tragic news. He had contracted pneumonia over night, because of an outstanding cold and was taken to the hospital.
As I write this, I have just been informed that "complications" developed, have rendered him "brain-dead and that the prognosis was extremely poor, but that 2 more days of tests would be tried to improbably help him. Sitting here, remembering his voice, frail and yet enthused at a new batch of brownies.
"i'll send them to you promptly" , was the LAST thing I said to this good man, dear to me.
My question is this, if you had known what was to follow, as I did NOT, what comment to a dear one would you have made?

My wife has 2 children (7 and 5 years old) with her ex-husband and shares them with Joint Custody. While he was away working, she raised the children from the time they were born until now. When I married my wife, I move to her hometown. During that same phase, the father decides to move back home and get work locally. This worked out fine, because the kids would be able to spend time with their father convienently. Now, my wife and I want to move away. We tried to work out a parenting arrangement with the 2 kids where he keeps them during school and we take them for the summers and vacations or Vice Versa. He told us that he prefers the convienence and says that if we leave, we leave the kids to him full time. My wife and I decided that we are going to file for full custody. We have no desire to restrict accessiblity, but we want the freedon to go if we please. Do you think the courts will rule in favor of the two young kids with the mother?

She has Borderline Personality Disorder. She is self destructive, mean, manipulative, jealous (without reason, by the way), she smokes, drinks, blames and is generally abusive to me and her kids. I have tried to be patient, and to be honest, I fear the explosion if I do divorce her. This is common from what I hear. They call living with a BPD person Walking on Eggshells. Help me!
