i be dating him almost a year. what i should i do next?he told me he cares about me and likes me a lot but no improve from him.. and i do like him...but we both are busy he works with the gov. and im still in college..what i should do next?

If you want to go beyond it,
First: Do you call each other bf/gf?
Second: Do you want to marry?

Do you mean he hasn't proposed you?

Then you should wait..maybe he is too busy..
or maybe he doesn't want any kind of commitment.
