on myspace i was like "where were you at school" and then she gave me this commment in a snobby answer and like it even happens when i see her at school and she told me to ***** you and i didnt say anything and she says im immature.. im just so sick of this and i want it to stop..

ok.....first of all....she is NOT a friend. Just remove yourself and start focusing on people who are consistantly kind. You have enough on your plate without worrying about girls who are mean.
But you should also remember how hard it can be to distinguish tone on a myspace post.....

Get better friends.. she's not a BFFE... find someone who won't be mean to you.. you don't deserve it.... she is just insecure & immature... check with other mutual friends.. maybe someone said something that they shouldn't have & ended up making her angry with you....

well if you want it to stop then stop then because if someone is tell you to **** off and you still try to communicate with some kind of likeness for this person then something is wrong with you
