Everyone at work knows we are dating, so why does he ignore me at work? People at work think it's werid. He treats me fine outside of work and he says he loves me. He confuses me.

There are a few reasons why he could be ignoring you. 1) There is conception that office relationships are a BAD thing. If he treats you like you are in a relationship while a work, it could give him a bad name or cause people to talk about him. He might not want that. 2) Possibly he is ashamed that he may be with you. Doesn't sound like it if he is good to you outside of work.
My advice is to talk to him about it. Draw the boundaries where he and you are both comfortable. For example, if he asks that you keep the relationship down at work, you should respect that. However, you in turn can ask for the quick kiss during the lunch breaks if you desire. ;)

He is doing what he should do. No boss in the world wants to see co-workers lovey-dovey, even if they know they are together. That stuff does not belong at work. Don't feel the need to claim your property on the clock. As long as everyone knows you are dating and he's not kissing anyone else in the broom closet, relax and realize he's doing what he needs to keep his job-- and yours!

Perhaps he would like to maintain a professional image. Either that or he isn't one for attention or being in the spotlight. Think of it as similar to a celebrity situation...they don't dwindle their relationship about.
However, if he isn't admitting to dating you that's an entirely different story. If this isn't the case, you have nothing to worry about. Give it some time and put yourself in his shoes. I'm sure he wants to show you off, but things like that take time.

maybe he is embarrased of you, or he is afraid you or he will lose your jobs? More than likely he is embarrassed of you for some reason. You better figure this one out real quick. BTW it was a baaaaad idea to get with a guy you work with!!!

Maybe he's embarrassed to kiss you or tell you he loves you in front of people. Tell him how you feel. he might not even realize hes making you upset. hopefully when you talk to him he will understand.

He's trying to seperate work and relationship. If you got hurt at work I'm sure he'll be concerned.
