shes a lawyer cuz she puts down facts(false) to prove her case against me that states that im a bad person with fake proofs her tears drama blood pressure and dying threats of how she will die and she hates me and wants her son to agree with kicking me out of the house.im helpless cuz shes the lady who raised him shes his old family its her house im new he hasnt gotten use to me as hes used to her. his sisters get involved too tell him lies about me. i heard with my ears she complained about me later i saw him he acted normal didnt bring it up, i noticed him act very distant towards me b4 he used to look at me and care due to his mothers harsh complaints he has become a dry person towards me, i hate her guts do u blame me? how do i make him love me?

This would be my first girlfriend, so I have to ask. I like this girl a lot and i am almost positive that she likes me too. We have spanish class together and she came to my basketball tournment with my friends sister. We went to my other friends hotel/resort and went in the pool. There, we talked a lot (about a 1/2 hour talk) and then realized we had a game in a half hour. We walked back to the hotel that we were staying at and had another deep conversation on the way back. We hung out a lot over the course of the weekend. When the trip was over we talked a lot in spanish class for the next week, then on friday we watched a movie and got to choose where we sat. One of her best friends practicly begged her to sit by her, but she still decided to sit and talk to me. Then, when today came, she asked me to wait and walk to class with her, and I did. So I was wondering, what is a good way to ask an 8th grade girl out?

Well, my g-g grandfather,James Higgins(Dublin)(Died around 1964) married Ellen/Mary Ellen Murrary/Murry (Died around 6/05/1959)
there children were, James(my granda),John,Kate&Floorie. My granda,James Higgins aka(malachy),born 13/01/1919, died 16/01/2000. He married Bridget Keane(Co.Clare), born 14/12/1922,died 15/07/1996. My grandmothers parents John Keane(died around march 1934) and Ellen Horigan (died around 12/02/1981). my father said our family is related to Higgins Town some how, but im not sure. I really hope someone can help me trace my family, Thank You

Hi my name is Alexis I'm a senior in high school. I've struggled with math since 5th grade. My freshman year of high school i took Algebra I and failed. I had to retake it my sophomore year and ended up passing it with a b-. During my junior year i took geometry and had one of the best teacher's I've ever had in high school. He helped me understand it and i ended up passing with about a C average which for me is REALLY DECENT considering normally i get D's. I have all A+'s if it was aside from math. I feel I'm intelligent just not with math.

Here's the BIG PROBLEM: in my high school you are only allowed to fail 2 things it can be a Marking period and a mid-term or a marking period and a final or just two things. If you fail more then 2 then you fail for the year. Every year i have always manged to pass everything but the mid-term and the final which are not worth much. This year my teachers are terrible. She gets angry at me when i ask for help she can't explain anything and she litereally just does the problem for me then hands it back to me when i've asked for help. She has never ONCE went over something on the bored it's all "worksheets" i've never seen a class like this in my entire life!! I did two extra credit projects for her that took me 3hours a piece to do and she told me they stunk and wouldn't give me extra credit. I got accepted into college but i'm scared if i loose credit for this class then they will like take away my acceptence. Espically if i loose credit for Alg. II!! I am constanly crying and nervous i have to pass this test friday. I sat down one on one with my teacher today and am planning to work with my teacher from the previous year to help boost my grade and help me possibly understand what i am doing every day this week aside from today i didn't have the chance. MY QUESTIONS ARE:::: WOULD A COLLEGE TAKE BACK AN ACCEPTENCE IF THEY SAW A FAILING GRADE//NO CREDIT ON A REPORT CARD??? WHAT SHOULD I DO I'M A NERVOUS WRECK AND ALWAYS UPSET?? WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T PASS? I CAN'T RE-TAKE THE CLASS? AND JUST HELP PLEASE ANY ADVICE WILL DO I'VE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET//STRESSED BEFORE!!!

Ok my ex from 05, her best friend and I still chill once and a while and lately shes been telling me she loves me and wants to be with me but we can't let my ex know or she will freak out on us both. I don't get why my ex would be mad shes with another guy and just had his kid. Ok my ex from 06 has told me lately she wants to get back together I just have to prove that I am a better guy then we can get back together. Well her best friend and I hooked up and dated for a bit and now shes telling me she misses me and stuff and wants to hook up again behinde her ex best friends back. i alwas get coffie at this place, and i'm friends with everyone who works there (even the owners), anyways I liked a girl who worked there and after some flirting (well i thought it was, we talked everytime i went in there) i got the nerve to ask her out, when i did she kinda smiled and said 'possibly'.. i was happy with that but when i was in today it was obvious that she'd told everyone there i asked her out (they were giving me weird smiles and stuff) and one of the owners out the back said hi and then said out of the blue "abbie (the girl) said she doesn't want 2 talk to u"... i couldnt believe it, i was so embarrised and abbie just stayed out the back (probebly till i left)... and never said a word 2 me.... it sucked

I've known this guy for six months and have been dating for about 3 months. We're not bf/gf just dating, you know hanging out and enjoying each others company. Well we've already had some heavy make out sessions and this past wkend everything was done but the actual deed s.e.x. He wanted to but I was just not ready and said no. I just recently lost my virginity to my x which we broke up 3-4 months ago and I'm just nervous about having sexual relations with someone already. Believe me when I say this guy is GREAT but I just keep thinking "why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Then again after being in a 2yr relationship I myself am not looking for a bf/gf deal just yet. PLUS I know hes dating some other girl that lives 3hrs away from where we live. He hasnt seen her in about a month but I know he talks to her frequently. Should I really worry about her? That also makes me wonder if I should sleep with him. What do you guys think?

I’ve know this guy for about a year now but not personally. He is a pre-med major coming from a privilege family. I knew his ex-girlfriend very well. His ex girlfriend was very HIGH maintenance. She loved designer everything. Just this past Christmas he told me that he spent $700 just on two presents for her. His ex girlfriend was very out going, I’m more reserved. She came from a privileged family (Mother’s a psychiatrist, father’s a surgeon). My parents are more middle class (mother pre-school teacher, father’s a machine operator). His previous girlfriend is the total opposite of me. He is so stuck in his old girlfriend ways that he is always buying me things. Expensive bags, ipod, clothes, all for no reason. I’m not into these expensive things like his previous girlfriend. Nor is my life anything like his. I can I make him see I’m not like his ex in anyway?

It was a long time ago, but I've always wondered if this is partially the reason I have a hard time with sexual intimacy with my husband. My first "boyfriend" was when I was 19. We lived on the same floor of our dorm. I'd never done anything with a guy before and he was kind of experienced (even though he was younger). About a week after "going out" he wanted to have sex. I said no I wasn't ready, we hadn't been together very long, and I also told him I didn't have any protection. That same night we were at a party, we were drinking (18 is legal) or at least I was, and I was never a big drinker so it didn't take much, he said he wanted to talk to me, so I went with him to his room. I remember him kissing me and other stuff, and the next thing I new I was in excrutiating pain and we were having sex. He did tons of positions, I cried after. He talked to me the next day, but I broke up with him soon after because he liked my friend. Was it rape?

theres this guy in my study hall class and he's one of my good friends. people keep saying saying "he's flirting with you" and "omg he's in love with you" and asking me if i like him and if he likes me.I always say as a friend or no, but the truth is i kinda like him a little bit but i dont want to admit it.
