I am 6' 2" 38 yrs old pretty much in great shape, make a above average income, know how to treat a lady and have got nothing but rejection from every female I found attractive and approached. No cheesy pick up lines, usually after a brief conversation I ask if we could have lunch or dinner sometime. Never makes it past that. BTW yahoo personals dont even help.

Ok. Well I met this guy through mutual friends. We seen each other before. When my friend told me he was interested in me, I couldn't put the face with the name. Anyway, my friend's fiance works with him. So her fiance gave her his number to give to me to call him. She sent it to me through email.

Anyway, we talk and I thought we were called. I have alot of respect for him because he never asked the infamous question, "Can I comeover tonight?". We basically had general conversations. I tried to go deeper but our conversations remained on the surface level. It was like he was trying not to offend which is cool. Well my friend's fiance had a b-day party 2 weeks ago and we met up there. We had a good time. So I thought everything was cool.

I'm not expecting to receive a call everyday but when I do get a call I atleast want to have a conversation for more than 5 mins. Well I got a call from him on last tuesday. Well that conversation lasted less the 5 mins. He basically told me that his job worked him hard that day and he was tired. He asked me what time did I get off. I told him at 6. Then it was a pause like he wanted to ask me to stop by after work. We ended the call. I called him on thursday and he answered the phone and said he'll call me back. He was at work and busy and thats the last I heard from him. I left a message for him today and I didn't receive a phone call.

I know I shouldn't be putting alot of stock into this but I'm just confused. Things seemed like they were going ok. Now I got a lot of unanswered what if questions like what if I bored him, what if he like women that gave it up off the bat, what if he's interested in someone else, what if he felt threatened by me? what if?

If all the above are true, then I'm glad that nothing happened between us. But I really like him and wanted to get to know him. I know there other fish in the sea but I pretty sure somebody at some point was at the place wondering why. So maybe he wanted me to be a booty call, but if that's true, wouldn't he asked by now?

I am married to a wonderful man,he is my first and only love.He is good to me gives me whatever i want,and i love him so much.He also give me a son. That is a really good kid. Then theres this other guy i talk to.He is sweet,makes me laugh,and is good looking.Im not saying i am in love with him.Cause right now im not sure how i feel about him.Im just curious if it is possible to be in love with two people.They are both great guys.I dont want to end my marriage and i dont want to stop talking to this guy.I am very much confused and i dont know what to do.Do you think i should quit talking to this guy? Cause he is my friend and i dont want to lose a friend that i can trust. I call him my best friend so thats what makes it difficult or maybe its not i dont know.

Do you think a separation is 'generally' a good way to work out problems in a relationship? I personally think staying together and working things out is best and if they can't be worked out then it's time to call it a day.

So i met this girl online about a month ago and we have talked on the phone quite alot of times. she is really amazing to talk to and she said she liked me and wanted to go on a date with me (she actually asked me out). now i have asked her out a few times now and every time she has canceled but has had good reasons to do so. although once she never called to tell me she had to cancel but we said we would confirm next day and I never got ahold of her. turns out she had a family emergency and had to fly home. now, should i keep trying or is her unreliability a bad sign? She still talks to me and flirts alot online but i feel this is dragging on too long and its not easy for me to wait this long.

My husband is an alcoholic but has a good job and makes lots of money. I had a good job but had to retire because of my illness. I only get a tiny pension that will not nearly pay our bills. My husband hates me and has now for a long time, I think that he resents the fact that I can't work and do the things that I used to. I can't say that I like him very much either for all that he has put me through with his verbal abuse while drunk. My problem is I have no savings and cannot pay the bills, I don't want to loose my home and all that I have worked for. You see when he leaves he won't care and I already don't get any money from him and mine is running out. Why does he think he can leave me penniless and let me loose everything. I am to be back in the hospital soon and I think that is when he will clean me out and walk away. what should I do?

Ladies if you had a new boyfriend would you still keep in contact with your ex. My ex and I broke up 9 months ago. The last time we spoke was 5 months ago. Sunday she called me and we spoke for an hour or so. Even though she blocked her number. I just dont know how to get her back and if she wants me back as her boyfriend. We broke up previously because of a long distance relationship. Should I persue her slowly or close the door for good. This is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.

I know this guy and I like him..

When we first met, I really like his personality..he seems so perfect and everything..he likes to help ppl, and I really like this quality.

Then one day I told him that I like him, and he went silent on me..he didn't really respond...he didn't say anything like "I don't like you" or "go away" kind of thing..I assume the silence is a rejection.. I must admit, I told him abt. my feeling way too early..

Anyhow, for almost a year already since i told him how I feel..he keeps doing this..he imitates me(my actions and hobbies), impresses me with his "cool" vacations to hawaii and such, waits for me(it's really obvious, yet he pretends he didn't wait), and he always says he's on a date with some girl to make me feel jealous (he doesn't have a gf, but he goes on dates).

Ive never get the courage to ask him how he feels about me again since I'm afraid he might go silent again...

What is he thinking? Why is he keeps doing this?

i need all the help i an get. i met a girl in gemany last july. we have been having a long distance relationship and it has been going great. we have been emailing each other nonstop and we video conference everyday. on january 22 my house was on fire and i lost my computer and all my contacts including her. i havent been able to find her anymore and i am worried she thinks i am rejecting her. i only know how to spell her first name so that isnt much help. there is 1 video she made on youtube but i dont know how to find her email thrugh there. i need help on ways to try and find her email again..i do not want to lose her. the video on youtube is the only thing left of her that i have any info on...can any1 hlp me find her email through this...i dont care if its legal or illegal, i just want to talk to her again..i think she is the one.

Hey,

I met this guy throu friend of mine. I liked him,so I found him on facebook,we started talking. We went out for a drink. The same week he made a booty call and I accepted (I was lonely and need it "love") sex was good,but he had trouble "coming" altought before we left hotel he said that he was pleased. I have a feeling now; either he's gonna give me another booty call(which I'm planing to reject) or not call again. In order stop feeling used and guilty I want sort of revenge. I want to make a booty call,but terribly afraid that he's not gonna accept it and that only will embarrassed me and make me look desperate/needy.

What to do? I don't wanna leave it as is,its killing me. I need to back up myself with something if he's not gonna call by the end of the week (we had sex on sat. night,left hotel room on sun)

Any ideas?
