No. It means that your boss is behaving unprofessionally and disrespectfully. With such lack of respect, I doubt you will ever see a raise in your wages/salary. You might even suffer a loss of income.
Take action now. Stop this behaviour. Respect yourself and make others treat you in an appropriate manner.

Well not really. It could be that your boss is just a creep! If you do not want this attention then look up your employers sexual harassment policies and take the appropriate actions.
