We just got a game cube in the past year. It has not been a major priority in our house. I got it for them because I was such a good deal and I couldn't pass it up. I will not own all the new things like wii and playstations because I don't want my children to be engrossed with the systems. My kids actually go outside and play after homework. They don't sit in their rooms playing games all day. It just isn't right.

Not sure whether you play PC or video games. Different vendors (Sony/Nintendo/etc) produce differnt games and some are exclusive for their game machines. If you like some of the game titles that are exclusive, you will end up buying different machines.

Simple as that.

It is a hobby and every individual has the right to choose what they want to do with their money and time. It's unfair to call them stupid.

most of the people who buy all of the systems have a lot of money so they could get them. And usually there parents buy the systems for them.

I don't have either system so I think buying just one is stupid and a waste of money. But that's just me I guess
