Yes, she definately likes you. The fact she doesnt make eye contact is she just gets too nervous. I definately know the type and until she get comfortable with you, she probably wont talk much to you. Best way for her to get comfortable with you is you should start the conversation. Like ask her a question about homework or something to break the ice. Then after a few minutes ask her if she wants to walk to the store with you at lunch or after school (If they let you leave the school grounds at your school and there is a nearby store)
If she does have a boyfriend, you dont want to get into then, because he might be a jealous guy that likes to fight. If she does then you should say, "How come you keep looking at me, dont you have a boyfriend" that will really make her blush. :P

She likes you. It's a classic thing that girls do. When they don't want to listed to another lecture about the civil war, they stare at boys they like.
I'm married now, but that is what I did for 12 years when I was bored in class.
Make you move now before she likes someone else next week.
Ask her for her phone number and see if she wants to go out sometime.

sounds like me, and she probably just acts like she has a boyfriend to make you jealous. lol i can do that sometimes...but i know it feels like **** to be on the other side of the jealousy spectrum thingy..
but your not jealous i wouldnt think
and looking and blushing are sure signs for a shybie.
