Hmm... you need to add knows how to flirt back when a guy flirts first.
There is nothing more of a turnoff than a girl who can't engage in verbal/physical play. Watch that and most of the rest of the equation doesn't matter so much.
Looks are important as hell when getting attention in the first place. If you look less than average, you WILL have a hard time getting attention AT FIRST. If you get a LOT of close guy friends, you increase the amount of potential boyfriends DRAMATICALLY. Don't become like one of the guys though and you'll be okay.

Yes (if I was younger). You have very mature qualities listed and that is probably a turn off for guys around your age. At 19 guys are not looking for a youth ministry major they are looking for a party-goer and some non-religious fun. Stay the course. If you are the person you described then you will find that you will get a quality person down the road. At 19 most of what you will find in your age group is guys trying to get into your pants. Sorry, but its true.

You sound like a really great person. I know that there is someone out there for you! Please don't think that because you haven't been kissed that there is something wrong with you. I didn't get my first kiss until I was 18, and I sometimes felt that way. I later realized that I was just waiting for the right guy, and I am SO glad that I waited! Best of luck!

You sound like a simply lovely person. So many talents, and it sounds like you are very attractive. You have varied hobbies from tennis to singing which I absolutely love. Dude your a hell a lot better looking than me and you have never been kissed before? Are you serious dude? I am only 5'4" and I was first kssed when I was like 5. Did you not like girls at all in school or something I can't imagine a guy like you never being kissed by a girl.
Don't advertise never being kissed , not a party goer, and a youth minister major, many girls won't like that.

Well, I'm married now, but as long as you're not gay, the girls will be flocking to you in a few years. At your age, the girls are after the "bad boys." After they realize that they have no depth, they will start looking for a guy like you.
However, I am almost positive that there is a girl out there that likes you right now. You just have to open up and start talking to more girls. Once you start talking to them, they will be more attracted to you.
Also, make them laugh. Girls love guys who make them laugh.
