Ok so me and boyfriend were together for 5 months. In the beginning of the relationship he said how I was innocent because he was my first kiss. We stayed together and everything was ok except the first month. All of a sudden he started acting wierd and I broke up with him yesterday because he said he looks at me as more of a best friend or a sister. When I broke up with him he seem like he was trying every way possible to keep us together and we decided to not have a title (like not bf or gf but not just friends), but I dont want him to have his cake and eat it too. He is still calling me and saying I love you like everything is ok. What should I do?

A freind of mine told me that someone that I used to love ( a lot) exboyfriend died about 2 -3 years ago. I do not feel comfortable knocking the door of his parents to ask. I do not know how to look it up in the local newspaper. In additon I do not remember his b-day. Is there a web site that I can use to find out?

I guess i am a slow healer, but healing love was never easy

and i was not friends with him before the relationship, however - I am not sure what is best for me, considering my feelings

I know he means alot to me, and i do wish to be apart of his life, however if i get back on the same 'friends' track, I for sure will ruin all my effort of getting over, and I am not sure i can be a friend - cause i wont be okay seeing the one I love with some other girl

Gosh - help plz

post ur opinions n advice plz

He has court appointed visitation every Tues/Weds, and every other weekend. He currently is only taking him every other weekend because he moved an hour and a half away. I want to move to a different state (which is only a 4 hour drive from where he lives) but I know he'll put up a fight. Can he legally stop me from moving?

One of my best friends is really starting to annoy me. I hang out with him a lot but i just don't know how much more i can handle. He is really controlling and gets mad if i don't want to do what he wants me to do. I like this guy and he knows it and so he won't let me go in where this guy works by myself- he thinks it's funny that the guy thinks we are dating. I just can't stand being around him right now he is so annoying and i don't know what to do

this person has a bad temper. everytime she has a dispute with her bf she acts badly as a mother towards her son. she yells at him calling him degrading names like "your an idiot" or "are you stupid" sometimes pushes him. But i just don't want to interfere. I once told her to stop calling her son names, but she yells at me. I don't need that I have a child so I just disassociate myself and my son from her. But should I tell someone?

He will say various things that he knows will make me mad and he says them in a joking manner.
Never things about other people, always things about me - whatever it is about me that might annoy him.

When I tell him to stop it, he just laughingly says all he wanted to do was push my buttons.

I think it's pretty sad that he does it at all.
He's 37 for crying out loud.

Any ideas?

Just trying to understand the motive behind things like that...
Is he just trying to pick a fight?

Is marriage a dead institution? If two people truly love eachother, shouldn't their love keep them together instead of a binding contract ordained by the state? I really don't see the point, other than carrying on a tradition. Also, I heard that there's more non-married couples than married couples, according to census reports. Can we as a society live and love without marriage?

Just wondering, one of my bridemaids recommended a place for cleaning and boxing my wedding dress. Well, when I really got thinking about it- yeah it's a nice dress that cost 1,200 but it's made out of polyester (not silk like a really good or old dress)..... and most people don't rewear their mother's dresses unless they are really nice and vintage. Most of my friends have their mother's dress and their wedding dress in the attic. So instead of paying all that extra money to have it cleaned and boxed to throw it in my crawl space- I am thinking about selling it on ebay after the wedding.
Anyone ever sell their dress and wish they didn't?? If so please tell me why!
Thanks!!

I've been asked to say the prayer at my daughters wedding, I'd like to start with a little story about them both and then end with a blessing of their marriage.

any suggestion would be greatly appreciated...thanks, Dad!

I know it's not very masculine. Hey I haven't written one in years....so bash me if you want, lol,

How did we fall apart,
We were meant to be,
Without, I can't see

Forgive me?
For now my heart on my sleeve,
Things the way they use to be,

Hating me, to be hating you,
All me, I was the fool,
I miss you

This guy I work with approached one of my co-workers asking about me and if I had a boyfriend and to see what I thought of him. I have not talked to him except when saying hi once or twice. I dont get it thought because he is very cute and everyone has told me he is a great guy and I am not pretty. I cant help but think this is a huge joke.

Which of these options would you choose to do and why? Which one would be more effective in your relationship and or marriage? If you would want to change your spouse what would you want to change and why and if you would want to change yourself to be a better spouse what would you change about yourself and why? I am looking for feedback on this as this should be a really interesting topic:) Do you feel it is more important to change the other person or change yourself first? Thanks in advance everyone.

We met about15 months ago fell in love with each other but went no further, never went to bed either. We remained best friends, we talked alot about the future, being together etc. I am always there for her and I mean anytime. 2 months ago her husband ended the marriage and they will be separated. She still needs me but all talk about being together in the future has almost stopped. She is distancing herself from me emotionally. But I still am her best friend and will help her in any way she needs after the separation. I guess my question is, Is this normal for her to push me away emotionally and still hang on to my friendship, is this temporary. I do love her dearly and I am willing to wait it out, but lately have been losing hope about the way she feels about me.

It really turns me off and makes me insecure he is going to leave me. Everything else about our marriage is great except when it comes to the bedroom. Do you think this means that he will eventually have an affair or do I have to give up and do sexual acts that I'm not comfortable with?
