now her husband is calling me and asking for favors what the heck, why are these people asking us for favors this has happened a few times.she askes my man and her man asks me.

I've known the guy I like for around 6 years now. I've liked him for about a year now, and I still can't read, him as far as if he likes me other than just friends or if he's just a nice guy. And the guy who really likes me, who I grew up with, and am good friends with, I'm not attracted to. Seems to be a pattern with me. Why is that? I'm tired of going around in circles. I'm not ready to settle down, I just can't keep waiting for the guy of my dreams, to realize that I might just be the one he's been waiting for. I don't want the guy that likes me to get hurt, either, by falling for me...which he's already doing...
What do I do?

Ive been mates with this guy since last yr....and we get really well, and yes I do have feelings for him. We share our stuff with each other. He's always open with me... from what he got upto during the week to what he's going to do and thats only part of it.We have great times together cause we only see each other 2 times a week cause he works in a store and I shop there he gives me discounts or free stuff...Thats how we met throught the store he wasnt orginally working there, there were 2 chicks there 1st and then it was like 2 months later a new face is in the store & its him. But yeah thats how we met... When we talk its like no one else is in the room like we're in our own world.....what I'm trying to say is Should I just stay friends with him and move on or... IDK keep feeling the way I do and wait..

Im gonna go by the majority and thats my answer for my question and I'll keep to it and thats what I'll do. Help

Had dinner/drinks with this girl the other day -- met her about a month ago in grad school. She's just stunning and very attractive!! She asked me for drinks and reminded me like 3 times about it. When we were drinking, she immediately started asking me why I'm still single (I'm 30). I said I haven't found the right girl yet, but she prodded, and wanted to know all my wild stories. She sat next to me instead of across from me, leaned over and was completely flirtatious throughout. She even asked me about the craziest place I've had sex, and the entire conversation just flowed totally easily... and was wild without being overly creepy. To answer her question about why I'm single, I said I keep meeting girls who are taken and asked "I can't really do anything about that now, can I?". She responded saying sometimes girls don't know what's good for them, need to reminded. But she also said things are good between her and her BF. Mixed signals throughout. What did she mean? She broke up with him on Wednesday.
Then he tried to kill himself yesterday (Thursday). He has kids. She feels so guilty and hasn't left his side in the hospital since his attempt. She keeps saying things like "I don't want to be the reason that his kids are fatherless." How can I explain to her that this is not her fault?

My mother is finally getting married!!! The only problem is, I am the maid of honor and I don't have the slightest idea for a bridal shower. It would be a lot easier if my mom hadn't lived on her own for 6 years. I've done research but all the bridal themes include gifts that a newly wed might need. My mother lives in a house that is fully equiped with everything. So themes such as "Around the Clock" and "Room of the House" would not work. She doesn't want to receive gifts that she is going to end up having to sell on eBay. My Mother is also a little conventional so the theme "Naughty and Nice" wouldn't work as well.... PLEASE HELP and TRY TO BE SPECIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He has been lying to me, i found out when i read his passport that he is a 2 yrs older than he originally said. Help! I need some advice. My boyfriend recently broke up with me to get back together with his ex whom he had been hanging out with for a couple of months. The news was really upsetting to me and I didn't know the two had been hanging out. A couple of days ago I had a conversation with him in which he apologized for everything and for not telling me. He seems to have been fairly honest about some of the other things in our relationship. Since then, he's pretty much been considerate about coming to get his things when I say its a good time etc. He said he still wanted to be friends and I agreed to try it. What do you think? The thing is, I'd really like to give it a try at least. Does anyone have any advice/rules about being friends with an ex?

my fiance and i told his mom that we're moving to another state in a few months because its too expensive where we live. well now, she wont even talk to us or be near us because of it. he talked to her yesterday and she told him that shes being like that because if she starts to distance herself now, it will be easier when we move. but its making us not ever want to see her, including at the wedding. we have enough stress with work, the wedding, and moving that we dont need her crap. my shower is coming up and i dont want her there. is that ok to not invite her since she's being ths way. we are also thinking of canceling the wedding and going to city hall so she doesnt have to be there. its not fair to us...but we feel that shes puching us to do this. also...how do you talk to this woman when shes making things impossible?

I am mixed with Indian, German and Black. I am 5'11 and am slinder. I dont know why this is, but many white guys hit on me more than any one else. Is this normal? My husband of 10 years is a great guy that i love very much, but he works in another town and goes to school full time and also teaches part time at a college in another town, my kids miss him, I miss him. Okay I was talking to my guy friend
hes 16
I'm 14
and he talked with me about a boy problem
I was having
and I said I had a crush on a 16 year old and a 15 year old
and he said go with the 16 year old
I had to tell him who it was
and when I told him it was him
he freaked
and now when he sees me
he walks away
and when I try to talk to him
he always has to leave

What should I do?
Should I forget about him and go for the 15 year old?

So I went out several times with this guy..but I only wanted to be his friend, (not a relationship) so we agreed that he would only see me as a friend and that we would be normal friends. He still calls me and asks me if i "think about him" and he has asked me several times if I will go with him to his nephews birthday party. I know his family will be there and I only want to be his friend. I really don't want to go, but he even got his little nephew to ask me if i was going to go to his party. I didn't say nothing, but I don't know...what I should do?

Should I go?...or skip the party and send a gift?

..It's been over five years since I've been out in the dating pool. I'm recently single as of November. I like the younger athletic outdoorsy local women that are 35+,...and I'm rather specific about body types and whatnot too. In school I started, eating lunch w/a group of new girls. Thankfully, they let me in their group but one girl in particular pointed out to me that i was just her acquaintance friend, and all the other girls were her friends.
