Mother's day is about showing ur mother how much u appriciate her and how much u luv her. It's a nice thought 2 wanna buy her something, but don't u wanna get her something she'll like? Mabye something she's been wanting 4 some time or just do ordinary things things she usually nags u about (like tidy ur room) or u could just do things 4 her like cook and let her put her feet up for the day. But 1 thing u should definetly do is spend time wiv her and do things both of u will enjoy. Ur mum will be happy wiv anyfink u do and she'll no u care!!

Well speaking as a mum whose family do buy lovely present for me on Mother's Day and I DO appreciate them but really would be even happier if they actually DID something for me supposing it cost nothing. Like cleaning out a room or bringing me breakfast in bed, supposing just my usual slice of toast and coffee, asked me what they could do for me that would make me happy and I probably would say something like Clean my car
Or they would make a pact not to argue with each othe all day. It's the little things that mean so much. If you are afraid your mum may think you mean could give her a little gesture like a small plant or something along with what you decide to do for her. Think it is so nice of your thinking of your mum and I am sure whatever you decide, like me she will sooooooooooo appreciate it.

The thing she would like best is to just spend the time with her so anything will make her happy.
I don't know what your mom does but mine collects porcelain dolls.
She used to like getting those alot then she got too many and said not to get her anymore.
If your mom collects, and don't already have too many, something get her one to add to her collection.
If you give me more of what she is like i could help you more.
get her a sweet card and put a necklace inside, or get her a something you use everyday like a phone or something and put a piece of jewelry in it. It will make her laugh and she will want to everybody.
I hope you get good ideas.
good luck

How about paying for her to have a special beauty treatment such as a whole body massage or a facial etc.... with the obligatory EXPENSIVE bouquet of flowers.

oh s h i t when is mothers day?????!!!!!! someone tell me. you know what, even though you said something better than flowers...... thats what mothers day is about, its not about spending money its about what you do for them, i think a nice bunch of flowers and spending time, helping out doing the wash, or ironing, cooking dinner will mean more than an expensive gift

make a book title: This IS Your Day and fill it up with what she wants to do. like photos of what you did throughout the day. if you go out for the day keep leaflets of where you go any memorabilia mount it in and then present her with it.
