yup, as long as its legal in the bahams, as in no fake thing, with proof of marriage, u know a certificate. Uhm and unconventional unions such as homosexual marriages are not exercised and frowned upon in the bahamas, so u know, as long as your situation excludes those circumstances , its okay
Why not get married in JAmaica instead!!!!

If you have a U.S. issued marriage certificate you could get married on the moon and it would be legal in the U.S.
