k well about a month and a half ago this guy i like liked my best friend but she didnt like him and he always flirted with her and then he told me he liked me and i was like YAY!!! and we talked on the ohone for like three hours that night and he said he was gonna ask me out and the next day he told me he didnt like me anymore and he kept flirting with my best friend...well this week he told me he liked me again and i told him i liked him but he just blew me off and he said he was sorry and that it wouldnt happen again i called him that night and that day we were flirting alot in class but my best friend was gone that day so it was like easier to flirt and on the phone that night he said that he didnt like my best friend anymore and he liked me and he said "today was fun we will have to flirt more often like tomorrow" and then when my friend was back the next day and he didnt flirt with me as much does he like me still????

i want to tell my boyfiend of six months that i love him, i keep just gettin the urge to say it and i really feel it. All my other boyfriends have said it to me very early on in relationships and so im not sure how to go about it, and don't know if i even should say it...i don't know if he feels the same. any tips on how you would like someone to say they love you, or signs i could pick up on to avoid rejection :s thanks xx

i work for a long term mananged care provider . we manage care of people over the age of 21 and have a long term illness. I assist a nurse case manager in providing these services.
i am assigned to 2 nurses each have 70 mbr , which means all together i have to do things for 114 patients.
my problem is that 1 nurse who i work with seems to have a problem. Everytime a lil issue occurs with one of the member which are not big issues, she talks to me as if i am inferior to her. I have written a complaint b/f to my supervisor, but no changes were made. Yesterday once again she came up to me and screamed at me, like as if was a child. This is the third times she does it and i became defensive. I wrote a complaint once again to my supervisor , but did not receive a reply. what should i do about this if she is behaving younger than me. I am only 24 and she is 45 . please advise , what should be my next step.I feel like i am going to snap one day

I want to ask my boyfriend to marry me. Why? Its a long story, but I will give you the brief version. He asked me last week but we were both drinking and I hurt his feelings by not answering. I felt it was the wrong time. We had talked about marraige and I knew he was gonna ask, but I didnt think that the appropriate time was after id had 4 baybreezes and 2 jager shots. Was I wrong? I'm having an argument with a friend of mine about love. I am saying it isn't real while he insists it is. Note: If you insult me, i'll most likely insult you back, cuz that's how I roll, yo =]

Also, I am talking about ANY kind of love. Not just romantic love, or that love between a parent and child, people and pet, etc. ALL KINDS OF LOVE.

I have been supporting my girlfriend for over two years now. She lives with me and doesn't pay any bills but the YMCA bill for both of us. Last year she said that she liked using the pool there and went with me three times a week because we both agreed that we needed to lose weight. This year I still go to the Y and she never does and is getting bigger. The other day I said that I miss my workout partner and spending time with her. She said she didn't want to go to the Y anymore because she works hard at her day job and is too tired to workout at the end of the day. I asked her how are you going to lose weight if you don't go to the Y with me because we both need to lose weight. Approx. 15 minuts goes by and she calls me on the phone and starts chewing me out saying if she isn't pretty enough for me then she's going to her house to spend the night. The next day she was ready to leave me and I told her go ahead then. Then she realized what she had done and didn't want to leave anymore.

My first Q was
- I had to sit at a table with him in art class
- He mades jokes about me (which were funny) to make me and his mates laugh
- He stopped making jokes about me and made general jokes
- He started talking to me a breaks and lunches and had water fights with me
- I went out with him and a big group and asked me to go on a ride with him twice!

You all said he defi liked me, and i just got a phone call a sec ago when he had all his mates round, and he said "will you go out with *guy*" and i said yes!! Cause i dont think he's bad looking even thought i love the guy that was calling asking for him, he later said he was messing with my feelings, now im embarrassed and dont know what to do!?

Ok, so I finally realized that I am in love with my best friend. I have asked him if he ever thought that we would be more than friends and he said no. But he acts like he likes me. But he always like the girls who turn around and break his heart and when this happens he always comes running back to me. What am I supossed to do? I want to be there for him but it's also like, "I told you so." He doesn't want the girl who will love him like he says he wants. When I talk about other guys he gets jeleous.
