I try to stay positive all the time!!!!!!!!! It keeps my spirit high and gets me going.........

I always reward "ME" with things when I do things that need to be done or that I don't want to do. I will tell myself that I can rent a good movie and relax later, or that I can invite a friend out to eat and to a movie just any kind of little upper to help motivate "ME"

Giving yourself a goal to work towards creates the momentum towards self-improvement.
