Ok so say YOU started seein some1 & u connected right from the start u thought they were perfect & visa versa. But the other person wasn't lookin 4 a proper relationship at that stage. (I know some of u will say that is bulls***t! but it does happen I hav felt like that b4 & so have a few of my friends, as u just feel that u don't want to hav to answer to anyone & u just don't want to feel tied down at that stage no matter how well u get on wit that person! But what if in the process of u 2 bein 2gether that person messed u about due to the fact that they were confused about what they wanted due to thier inability to commit at the time & in the process hurt u. Would YOU when movin on intend to never b with that person again? Due 2 the fact that they messed u about & didn't put u 1st priority? & if u had gone ur seperate ways & after time the other person HAD realised how much of a quality & asset U are & wanted U bac would you giv them another chance?or would u decline & jus b friends?

I'm having trouble figuring out his body language. He completely gets into our conversations and is interested in talking to me, but when it comes time that we could possibly have some one on one time just to talk, he's nowhere to be found, or off with his other friends. I've walked up to him and started conversations, but he rarely comes up to me. Once the conversation is started, it takes off in all directions and we have plenty to talk about.

I'm just wondering how I know that he is (if he is) interested in me like I am interested in him. Or am I just somebody to have a conversation with to pass the time?

If he is in fact interested in me, I will have to build up a bunch of courage to ask him out if he doesn't ask me first.

I really want to take our friendship further, and possibly date him, but I'm just kinda stuck and I don't know what to think.

As I age I think more clearly
Of the things I hold more dearly
I use to think the more I had
Would make me rich, make me glad

Now I look around and see
What really now means more to me
A simple hug, can start my day
I feel content, will never stray

I never thought that I’d be saying
That I’m done with games and playing
All and all, I have to say
That in my youth, I liked to play

But now, I’d rather spend my time
Telling kids a nursery rhyme
I never knew that from a book
Could warm my hear, just from their look

For those who feel they still have greed
Never helping those with need
Just invite them to a place
Buy their meal, and say grace

I have noticed that when I go out, there is always one good looking girl surronded by her ugly friends. Why does this happen? Do you not know that I don't want to be my boys swingman if your friend looks like jabba the hut?

When I was a kid, head was what you graciously accepted when she wouldn't do the other. Now, it seems to have been elevated to an art form! Maybe it should be added to the Olympics.

Even here at yahoo answers no one knows you, if asked most would say No i never do.
WHY.
But if you say yes is there anything wrong/bad/taboo about it and if yes wouldnt it end if you would start speaking the truth or wuld you keep telling lie.

Can you be with someone long term who you are intellectually incompatible with?
I have a b/f who I love very much. He is everything I've ever wanted except for one thing, we are not intellectually compatible.

He is very simple and simple minded. I am a deep thinker and a very analytical person. I get frustrated at times and sometimes feel I'm alone b/c of this.

However, he is faithful, takes great care of me, we are very sexually compatible, share the same values, both very spiritual, have a great time hanging out together, like a lot of the same things, etc. He is a great emotional support for me.

I have dated men who are intellectual but they did not have all of the great characteristics my b/f has, and were not near as sensitive to my needs.

Please help!

I meet men who it's soon revealed of them to be all ' handsy ' and of lower emotional heart intelligence when coming to know each in the first couple dates.

I am a woman of value, quality, interest, funny, keen mind, good heart, found to be attractive and of experience as I'm 50...yet I keep meeting men as those above. When I do...I very soon end the relationship not desiring to know more of them.

I've read on this site that it's rare to meet a woman as I'm found to be. Which led me to this question.

Do some men treat women in a crude, devaluing sense when first dating them as they are used to many other women they've met before to equally behave in a crude, devaluing manner.

Do men behave in a crude way because they arn't used to a woman of quality and don't know how to respectfully behave when first coming to know them ? By the time they figure out that she truly is a woman of quality...they are out of the relationship because of their behavior.

How do men behave?

if a female refuses and is always claiming they are tired or scared of the pain of sex, should the guy feel disapointed or should he accpet it for the best and put the wife first? beofre there used to be fore play etc but now the wife doesnt like "wet" kisses and feels sensative if i kiss her any where, she says shes "depressed all the time? could this have a big effect on sex drive? also its been 3 months since marridge, do all women want to be "right" i.e get annoyed if their husband misplaces things regularly and have an argument about it or are they understandin that they love their husband and appreciate the effort, i.e trying to help with washing up, laundry and other duties and be more responsible? LIFE WAS EASIER AT MOMZ LOLZZ, shed did everything for me :-( which i regret now or myself for not helping, its a big change cause im 22 yet but im willing to work hard and work with what iv chosen :-) !!

I have this professor who I REALLLLY like. He stares at my chest constantly, and my legs, winks at me, and seems to just generally flirt alot. He totally acts like he's interested in me, but at the same time he's really nervous, and seems like he's scared of being alone with me. Whenever we run into eachother unexpectadly on campus he looks like he's going to have a heart attack. I don't understand, I've given him dozens of oppurtunities. Maybe he's dense? He's married, so I don't know if that's why he's acting this way. I guess I'm asking all the guys out there if they think it sounds like he'd be willing to cheat on his wife to be with me, or if he's not interested because of his vows. If yes, any ideas for asking him?
