No u are not doing wrong. A wife plays many roles to her husband, sometimes she is his baby, sometimes his mother, sometimes his sister etc. So there is nothing wrong in mothering your bf, but this looks like a fetish, this talk of diapers, it may take a unpleasant turn and end up quite unagreeable.

Babying him is usually fine, however your diapers comment makes it sounds a little over the top. Is he having you change his diaper?? If so, then yea, thats wrong.
