What do you think/ say of a 56 y/o man and 24 y/o woman love relationship keeping their relationship strong inspired by strong catholic teachings?

It used to be unacceptable to have premarital sex. But now it seems people do it all the time for the fun of it. So answer me this: What have you saved for marriage if you have already experienced all the wild stuff about sex? Then you go and get married and impose all kinds of rules on yourself that deny the same experiences that you already had?

Now what is the point of those rules? They are meaningless. So it looks like single people have figured out this loophole in life and will go and have all kinds of crazy sexual experiences before being locked down in marriage.

What a weird and hypocritical system.

I think if society is so open about premarital sex, then society also needs to loosen up these so called rules of marriage and not make people throw everything away (divorce) because they were being human (cheating).

I used to work with her when she was 14. I was 21 years old and I know it was wrong but we used to flirt alot. I'd always say just wait until you're legal and we are going to date... Well, she just found me on Myspace and she really does want to date me now. She kind of gives off a lil sis vibe though. What should I do?
P.S. I am now 26 and she is 19.

what does that mean? Are they just being nice or are they confused?

I confirmed plans with him after 3 months of being a scaredy cat. I asked him out before, he said yes but I ran out the door. I don't normally ask guys out.

This time I asked him out, he got down to my eye level and smiled while I talked. I told him I'd like to take him out for a drink, I asked if he wanted my number. He said he lost it (I never gave it to him) and he got quiet and said, "To be honest, I'm involved".... and ended the conversation with "I appreciate it"...

The whole conversation though, he was smiling and his eyes were so gentle. I guess I was a little too late.

I dated this girl for 4 months and things were going really well, at least from what I thought. She calls me one day and says that she doesn't think we will work out and that we should break up. So I tell her fine, no problem and that was the last I talked to her. No communication for the next 4 years except for a few emails. Fast forward to now and she emailed then called me out of the blue. She asked me about my relationship, (I'm 1 year into one right now with a great girl), and then I asked her if she's dating anyone. She says yes, but that this isn't a guy that she wants to go far with or have a family with, (she's been dating him for a year as well. She then tells me to call her for a drink next time I'm in her neck of the woods. I really Had strong feeling for this girl when we were dating and over the course of time we've been apart still though about her from time to time. what should I do? I like the girl I'm with now, but can't help thinking what if about the ex.

I know I didn't! Thats only cuz I'm single. Its fun when ur a little kid & u get to throw those little parties & give out valentines...but when you get older its just a reminder that you don't have anyone. It makes me sad & its my least favorite holiday of the year now. How many of u single people out there agree with me??

I am only attracted sexually to guys I know are bad for me...when i sleep w/ them though i think i tone my sexuality down because i don't want them to think i've been around (which i havn't) i guess i think i can create a relationship w/ them. When it comes to nice guys that do show they care i am not sexually attracted to them...i suppose i feel they couldn't handle me. The bad ones are always better looking ne ways. Please don't tell me to stop paying attention to looks because honestly that is not going to happen and please don't diss me saying I'm shallow. Maybe I'm just scared to sleep w/ a nice guy cuz i dont want a relationship....but i always want one w/ the bad guys...it just never really works out as i planned. Is there a such thing as a hot, "bad" boy that can treat a girl right..?

So I have a little time off this week and my girlfriend of 4 months (whom I love dearly and know she loves me back) is in Switzerland snowboarding. We have talked via text every day. Wanted to talk on the phone yesterday but we both had conflicts. (She wanted me to call at 6, but I planned a guys night out and had to eat dinner and then leave) I had offered to call earlier but she said It wouldnt work. She also said she was a lil peeved that we cudnt talk but said it was "no biggie" and told me to have a fun night.
After I am done with dinner, I have a little extra time and give her a call (she doesnt pick up) then a lil later I call again and leave her a nice loving message . I then have a night out with the guys and left her a txt at abt 10pm, jus to tell her I love her. And am sitting here 2day with no responce. Should I be worried? Was she sarcastic in saying it was "no biggie", Is she not responding because she doesnt want to talk? or b/c mayb she was really doing something?

Some time last September, this guy in my year whom I don't really really know, started liking me. Well I think he did because of a number of reasons. We had to do dance lessons last year and he asked me to be his dance partner and during this activity in drama where we had to hold hands he kept holding on to mine after everyone else had let go. He also kept looking at me in class etc.
But I never really approached him enough and mostly just smiled at him or laughed at his jokes.
Now its the start of a new school year and it's February.
I don't know if he still likes me.
He still looks at me in class and the other day i was sitting down on my chair and he walked behind me and shoved it but i turned around and he had walked off.
I'm shy when it comes to relationships, i really like him and i know i shouldve done more last year and intend to this year if he still likes me.
do you guys reckon he still might be slightly possibly still interested in me?

would it be wrong of me to send my ex an email an tell him how i feel to see if there is any chnce for us before i move on??

we have been apart for nearly a year. is it too late???
and should i tell him all my feelings or just come out and ask simply if hed give us another chance???

I met this guy when I visited home for a few weeks. There was an instant attraction, and I fell pretty fast. I am not his typical type, nor is he mine. He usually dates partying type girls, and I'm more down to Earth. (The point of that is our relationship was different from all our other ones in the past.) I live in a different state than him, but will be moving back there (my hometown) In May. We decided that we would try the long distant thing. Eventually we mutually decided to split because of the strain the distance was on us, but before we even got a chance to really talk about it...My friends (that hang out with the same group as him) told me that he was already seeing another girl. Only a week after we broke up, he was dating her (it's like junior High again). We still talk sometimes, although it's awkward because I'm pretty angry that he said he loved me, and started dating someone else so fast.

It seems no madder what I do with my self or my life I can always find something wrong and dwell on it. I can tern the most simplest things into something that makes me feel bad or loose sleep over. I want to know if you can ever get a feeling of satisfaction or ever be totally content with were you stand in life or do I just have a problem!!! i feel as i should explane as to what i feel inside but i cant seem to articulate it to words. i meen i could have every thing going for me and still manage to make myself feel like sh**. if you get what im trying to say i would love to hear how others deel with "that empty feeling in your chest" please help me out
