Me and my ex just broke up and she has some of my stuff that I want back but she is refusing to talk to me. Every time I call her she hangs up when she finds out it's me on the other end and she deletes all her texts to me. How do I get my stuff back?

Contact a lawyer. And next time get you stuff out before you break up.

I hear that you are frustrated and want your stuff back from your recent ex.

You just broke up, she is upset and unwilling to talk right now. I don't know how much stuff, what kind of stuff (drugs?) or the value of it or what, but can you give it a rest for a day or two? Leave her alone to cool off and then you may try contacting her or have a mutual friend tell her you would like to get your stuff back.

Now is not the best time to hassle her about your stuff. She sounds hurt and upset and needs a little time. Push too hard right now and she will most likely resist even harder. Cut her some slack, treat her with respect and you'll get your stuff.

Kind regards

Call when you know she is not there and leave her a message that you must have your things back. Either she puts them on the doorstep in a box by X date or you will be forced to have the police accompany you to her home to get your things. (If you go that route, though, be prepared to really do it!)

Maybe you should wait a little while (a week or so), then go to her directly. Not by phone or e-mail.
