gumbo, he claims to have some kind of rare disease but in the past he had other excuses as to why he didnt get a license or why he dosent have one, I dont know what the truth is.

Why can't he get a licence?

If he's blind or something, that's quite understandable.

If it is because he was DUI and ran down a bunch of kids on the crosswalk that's different.



Yeah there are other conditions which can stop people from getting a licence. In some parts, if you have epilepsy or even diabetes which is beyond a certain degree then you can't get a licence. I guess you'll need to do some detective work to find out the truth.

That depends a lot on the reason, which could be anything from vehicular homicide to bad eyesight.

If you're looking for a spouse -- well, the places that are nice to live in without a car tend to be expensive big cities that aren't necessarily the best places to raise children.

look at the benefits you dont have to worry about him stealing or wrecking the car if he goes out you will know where he is so id say no i wouldntrun
