I hate back talk and both my sons do this to me... I have threaten to take things away to get them to stop... there has to be an easier way?

I was recently dumped because my gf and I had an argument about 9/11 and how our government is run. Futhermore she stated that my views on America in general were too "unpatriotic" and that she had made a vow to never be with someone unpatriotic. Whats worse is that she says that I was "the love of her life." Would you dump the "love of your life" over something as stupid as a political argument?

My ex-boyfriend, whom I was with for 3 years, and my first love contacted me for the first time in years about 6 months ago on my myspace account. He noticed that I was a mother and asked how motherhood was treating me, and how my life was, etc. He asked whether or not I was married and mentioned that he wasn't and that nothing had really changed since the last time we had spoken (3 years earlier when he told me that he and his gf at the time were splitting up). This last message he sent was to again say hello and ask how I was and then he stated that he is also going to experience parenthood soon, as his "girlfriend of over a year" is pregnant. My question is, why didn't he mention his girlfriend 6 months ago? And why is he contacting me? We broke up 10 yrs. ago. I thought it was probably just because he was being friendly, but since messaging him back he has not responded (same as last time). So, why the messages? And why no mention of his girlfriend 6 months ago? Thanks.

This has happened to me many times with massage therapists.

I look forward to and count on the massages for health maintenance.

Are massage people just more flakey than most?

Should I schedule 2 and just go to the one who actually shows up?

The weather was awful, somebody should have called though I think.

My husband and I have been married for eight years. The last couple of years have been hell on wheels. We have been through infidelty and physical fighting, we argue just about every other day. Recently, my husband was snooping in on a phone conversation between me and my girlfriend and apparently he did not like what he heard. He accused me of cheating and after a heated argument he asked for a divorce. I left the house and returned the next day. But, I met someone knew. Who is very nice. But, now my husband has been nice to me as well and has not mentioned anything about what happened before Valentines Day. I just don't know if I should bring it up about what he asked and let this other guy go. Or kick my husband to the curb. If you were me what should I do. P.S. I am not seeing the other guy. I just had a conversation with him over a friends house which is what me and my friend was talking about over the phone. What would you do?

Me and my husband are getting divorced. We are parting as friends as the decision was a mutual one. We have a child together and I have helped raise his 2 other boys and he helped with my other son. Although we are still going to remain friends in all of this I no longer want to be responsible for him or his life. But now he wants me to find him a place to live. He was evicted from the place he is in now and only has a short period of time to get moved. I don't want to do this but I also don't want him on the streets. What should I do?

theres this guy that i met the beginning of the school year and we were basically "together" but not going out for like 4 months. we really liked each other and everything was going great. then around december, he started to think this other girl was cute, but we were still together and he still had feelings for me. it was getting really annoying because she liked him and kept trying to flirt with him. so i made him choose between us, and he chose me. we hooked up, nothing serious, after that. now just recently like a couple weeks ago he told me he needs to end it between us b/c he needs to focus on school.. (hes been doing really bad and his moms pissed). he said he wants to be cool with me and loves who i am. so we decide to end it, and then i see him with HER. now they have a fling and he ASSURES me that he didnt plan it to be this way and that he never meant to hurt me. he keeps giving me mixed signs and everyone thinks he still likes me. should i let him go, or try to get him back

I know a guy who seems to try to avoid eye contact with me all the time, except when I'm talking to him directly. Like when I sat across from him a few times, while talking he kept looking with his eyes back and forth between the two people on my left and right, but never in the middle where I was. I found this odd. And if I do catch him looking at me, he quickly glances away without a smile or whatever. And while talking in the middle of a room, he looks at everyone except me. I found this odd. One time while talking to people near me, he kept looking at other people and looking straight past me, but I still stared at him anyways, and as he talked, he finally looked at me and as soon as he did a small smile appeared on his face, he didn't do this to the others, so I smiled back and he looked at someone else.Does any of it sound like flirting to you? He knows I really like him.
