I just act like myself and I become their friend so I can get to know him better, I give them their space and we talk about things like sports, movies, games, and stuff (because guys aren't into emotional stuff)Then after a while ( I would say two months) we already know each other well enough to tell each other whether we like one another or not.

Be a positive person. No one wants to hang out with someone who is Little Miss Negitive.
Be yourself. While you might possibly be able to have a guy fall for you by lying, you won't be able to keep him unless you want to lie about yourself for the rest of your life.
And if neither of those work, being near someone a lot over time leads to them getting feelings for you. It happens faster if 1.) They have low self esteem at that moment (like they just broke up with someone) 2.) at the gym (something about the harmones people's bodies let out when exercising), or 3.) be in a dangerous situation together (good luck finding a legal way to do that)

Put a magic spell on him, use the magic, of your personality, be honest, but dont tell him everything, have fun, don't sleep with him, dont do anything he can use against you later on. If he doesnt fall in love with you, oh well then your meant to have someone else fall in love with you!

Well, for starters, love happens spontaneously. Be there for him. You will realize that getting to know him and him getting to know you is the first step. Beyond that, it's up to chance. If he sees how good of a person you are, and if you're his type physically (if that's important to him), then he might have a keeper. But, love is a chance thing that happens to some, and not to others.

you cant really "get" someone to fall in love with you..some people believe in that whole "love at first sight" crap but love is something that happens over time && develops from something small, like a friendship....so i guess you would have to be his friend before you could even think abt him falling in love...

It could be hard to do that, and i do not know if you want that. Love is something that is very special and if you force it you could be the one that ends up hurt. Trust your heart for then you will know if he is your match. Never do something for the other person in love, trust your own heart and search first if this is what you really want.

First of all you have to have a personality. You have to have a sense of humor. No one enjoys being around someone who gets upset or offended at the littlest things. Being good looking doesn't hurt.
