my boyfriend is going through a divorce.he says he questions the paternity of the second child who is only a few months old because he thinks his ex wife was cheating on him and he has been told by a couple people she was seeing her exboyfriend behind his back for quite some time.His lawyer told him that if he questions paternity during the divorce she can get him for mental anguish if the child turns out to actually be his and could cost him more. the lawyer advised him to wait until after the divorce and custody is settled before he questions paternity.he lives in South carolina and the divorce won't be final until august.does this make sense to anyone?i'm wondering if the lawyer is crazy or if my boyfriend is full of crap? he is always trying to be civil and not tick her off, but she is doing anything to screw him over. can someone actually get you for mental anguish if you have real reason to suspect a child isn't yours? isn't it right to know and the child's right? or is he afraid

So there's this really really long and involved story with this guy. But the weird thing is, we don't...talk to each other, if that makes any sense. And its not like anything happened. Just last year we sat next to each other in one class and would randomly make eye contact and sort of smile, but nothing more than that.

Then he did something that made him popular. (Not bad or anything; I just don't want to go into it. And he didn't do it to become popular. It just sort of worked out that way...)

So now, every time I see him in the hall, he'll kind of half-smile when he sees me. There's more details than that, but again...long story.

This girl asked him out. He said no. But sometimes they act like they are. Like a few days ago, they were kind of sitting...too...close together. But then he turned around when a teacher passed by, and saw me. He kind of gave me this apologetic-look and kind of inched away from her.

But then the next day, (more coming in additional details...sorry)

I know he will get a great job and his jobs always pay well, but he said he wants to take a break, regroup (7 years of 10-12 hours days), and help his mom out some in the city we both grew up in and where I live. since he is closer he wants to try and make us work. I kind of cut it off 4 months ago because of distance and because he was spread too thin and couldn't give me enough attention. Should I try? I never thought he would come back and try to change and get me back. I have been pretty cold towards him. my family has money too, so I am worried about that...i always have my guard up on that...I know , sounds snotty, but it has to be a concern. Hi everyone, I got a kinda a "big" problem. My bf tells me his virgin, I know him for a year now. We'd have up and dows like every couple. He said the same to his ex gf about his virginity. BUT hes been acting a lil wierd. Well, the thing is that he made up a "lie" to get me out of his friends from myspace (yeah I know...myspace) cuz he's in the army and because of something that I cant say hes not allow to have a gf. So I said ok and he kept his ex gf and aparently they got back and still with me, at the same time. Well me and the "x" talked and "cleared" everything, every doubt we had. I dont think she was being honest. I wasnt. I think is possible that the army at some point dont let some soldiers have a gf or wife but I think he over used it. So now Im asking my self if he's really a virgin, he said he has never finger a girl, touched their butt or breast. But I saw a comment on his profile from a girl remebering what they did at a hotel in NY and that they made up.

i am 15 and a Sophmore in High School. i like one of my friends i don't know if he likes me i catch him staring at me sometimes and when he sees i notice he continues to stare at me when i ask him why he is staring at me he just keeps staring at me and say say just because. one day on my bus i closed my eyes and when i opened my eyes he was looking over the seat and he told me he was just seeing if i was awake, but i don't know. also when this guy i used to like purposly hurt me he treatened to beat him up for me he is always playfully picking on me about stuff like he tells me i am mean and we will spend like 10 min playfully arguing about it then sometimes he touches me on the arm or forehead. i really like him but i do not want to mess up our friendship if he dosen't like me also he may not like me becasue about a month ago he broke up with his girlfriend then asked antother girl out if he liked me wouldn't he ask me out they are still dating

This guy and I have been bestfriends for quit a while. The past year we crossed that "friendship line" and it is hard to go back to just being friends. He tells me he loves me and vice versa. The biggest problem is I think he still has feelings for his ex-girlfriend. We constantly argue about the craziest things. I do mean HEATED arguments about dumb things. This has been going on for the last year, Im TIRED of constantly arguing. He and his ex broke up in July, she cheated on him, he and I crossed that line in October. I dont think he was completly over her. He and I do everything together we go everywhere together. He gets upset when I talk to other males. We buy each other things. I mean its EVERYTHING you do in a relationship just without the title, I want the title. Yes, I do love him very much. I feel as though Im waisting my time by waiting for him to decide what he wants. I dont what to lose him, but Im not happy with this situation anymore. HELP PLEASE!!

My girlfriend and I have been dating for over a year and will likely be married. Her father owns a successful business and will be retiring in the next couple years, he recently spoke with her about selling the business to her, but I would need to help with the purchase since I have a better job and more savings at this time. I have no experience and not a lot of interest in this type of business and currently have a successful career in another field. Although his business would be more lucrative then where I would likely end up, it would require relocation and most likely working there with my future wife which brings up other questions in itself. Do I try to find out more about this? Express no interest? Or try to continue my current career and offer to help with the purchase, even though I would not work there?

I just found out 30 min. ago that my grandma died from a heart attack and i was crying like there was no tomarrow. i slammed things, i through things. i went crazy! im a little better now because i know she went to heaven and theres no more pain for her but i need to know how i can deal through this pain in me! im hurt because i knew her my life and now shes gone. Years ago I was thought of as someone who was easy going, made everybody comfortable and could keep things moving along. Then I developed social anxiety disorder pretty bad, but honestly, I played it up a little, which I know was immature and stupid, but I didnt want to talk to people. So I was seeing this guy and at first I wasn't really attracted to him. He's asked me to be his girlfriend three times and I have rejected him because my family didn't approve of our realtionship. mark's exwife hates me and makes my life hell.now he left her becuase she was too controlling and made his life hell. but the way i see it she still controlling his life.they both have joint custody of thier son so she can't threaten to take his son away.for example she does not want me going to any of her sons school functions(for no good reason) my husband agrees as he says he does not want to make trouble for his son.he will never stand up for me no matter what she does.if she made his life so bad why does he let her get away with so much?why does it not bother him when he sees how upset she makes me by treating me like a doormat?
