Start talking to girls in ur school, that will make u feel more comfortable around them first. Just say hi here and there, nothing big but it will help u feel comfortable. Then find a girl u think is ur type and start talking to her. Start by something simple and then keep talking to her the next day or something. Girls like guys who are confident, so even the act of going up to a girl and starting to talk to her shows confidence, not many guys even have the balls to do that...

it's not that hard u find a girl that u like ask her if she wants to hang out some times or go to the movies and then u ask her if she likes u enoff to be ur gf and soon u well be in love lol
