So there's this really really long and involved story with this guy. But the weird thing is, we don't...talk to each other, if that makes any sense. And its not like anything happened. Just last year we sat next to each other in one class and would randomly make eye contact and sort of smile, but nothing more than that.
Then he did something that made him popular. (Not bad or anything; I just don't want to go into it. And he didn't do it to become popular. It just sort of worked out that way...)
So now, every time I see him in the hall, he'll kind of half-smile when he sees me. There's more details than that, but again...long story.
This girl asked him out. He said no. But sometimes they act like they are. Like a few days ago, they were kind of sitting...too...close together. But then he turned around when a teacher passed by, and saw me. He kind of gave me this apologetic-look and kind of inched away from her.
But then the next day, (more coming in additional details...sorry)

And I can't talk to him because I don't have a reason to. He's not in any of my classes this year. And also, I have a MAJOR blushing problem. And I get super super nervous. Like once, his lunch table was joined to ours (our cafeteria people get kind of bored) and I was so nervous because he was sitting a few people away from me that I got nauseous. Really, its that bad.

i feel your pain. i have been there before. Wow...and it went on for YEARS. My suggestion to you would be to MAKE an excuse to talk to him. Is he in any clubs or organizations that you could join? Maybe one day you could just ask him if he is any good at math because you need some help...or English. Whatever, just to have a chance to say something to him. And, yes, even though he is not in any of your classes. When you are talking to him, you might want to even go so far as to say that you really just wanted an excuse to talk to him. It is likely he will be charmed by that. About the nausea, well, try chewing wintergreen or peppermint gum or eating mints. It will help settle your stomach AND give you fresh breath when you talk to him! :) Best wishes...i would love it if you would keep me posted!

Go up to him and say, "What's up Baby! I've been feeling you since way back when and... " JK! Just go and talk to him or you'll be thinking, "What might of been..."
OK, now that I've read that he seems like he does things to make you jealous - then it isn't worth it. His popularity has probably gotten to his head. Maybe just try to become friends if you really want to and see if both of your personalities are compatible.

When you're popular, you have to put up with weird things, like people sitting to close to you and such. I think he's trying to tell you that. (This may be compleatly wrong, seeing as that's not the whole story that I've read yet...) I think that he likes you, but since he's popular, he's not sure how well that would go over.....

You really like him. And it seems that he likes you back but he might not had made a move bacause he thinks that you might reject him. You shoudl try to talk to him. Start small and then some conversations. I really think that he likes you back but there a lot of shy guys out there like me. But if we had the change wemight talk to you. Go for it and GOOD LUCK!!!

man girl u should break up with this guy he sits too close with that girl n being happy around her n thats just wrong to me n in class i understand u have to pay attention n stuff but outside of class if he ignores n doesnt talk to ur or ignore u ....theirs gotta be something wrong with him or he hideing something from u ..n probably he dateing some other girl behind ur bak
thats how most guy acts whenever they cheating so yeah or he have no interest in u anymore
