Dad lives in another state ( rural Michigan) and has been retired for approx 2 years now ( Mom is still working and will be for another 3 years). Any suggestions on activities,classes,etc.. that he can be involved in regularly? We are also concerned that he has put on alot of weight since he retired, and want to help him get on track. Thanks

i made plans on monday for a blind date with this girl tonight. then today she told me her friends were going to be with us..isn't that going to be awkward? i'm not going to bring my friends bc i'm not sure if she's fat/ugly/dorky. what would you do? would you go or tell her to drop her friends for our first date? that's not too much to ask is it? hanging out with her friends the second time we meet up would be fine..but not the first! am i right?? thanks.

I'm not talking about a needy, clingy man who sends you flowers every day and calls every 15 minutes. I'm talking about a true gentleman . . . confident, honest, healthy, respectful, successful, and romantic. Men like that have been all but banished in American society, because most women see them as being "boring", and go out of their way to hurt them and take them for granted.

Chivalry? Forget about it. If you open a door for a woman, she'll slap your face. Grab a woman that you don't even know and slap her on the backside? She'll think you're the sexiest bad boy alive.

Then women whine about how they can't find a good man. A bit hypocritical, don't you think?

I've been dating this guy for 6 months and he treats me really good. But I notice he doesn't treat his sister very good or nice sometimes and it kinda bugs me...like he'll say things about her weight or not do small favors for her when she asks. Do you think this is any indication of how he might treat me if I married him??

Question for mature women(26 and older)?
ok, when talking about sexual attraction(as in not talking about relationships), what age group do you find guys sexiest? in other words, what ages tend to be less attractive to you(under... and over...) and what is the peak age group(where guys tend to be most attractive to you)? i know that many will say, 'age doesn't matter as long as the guy is attractive, but i'm asking what ages tend to be most attractive and what ages are less attractive. be honest please. also tell me your age with your answer.

After a two year relationship ended.. I've finally found someone new, that I have decided to be in a relationship with. The man is not necessarily new.. considering him and I were friends before I got into my first relationship. The first relationship didn't even really end that badly, it was just time for us to let it go. We both agreed. Now for some reason I can not open up to my new boyfriend as well.. and I sometimes find myself being mean, and pushing him away. I know that I care about him.. I have no question of that. I still talk to my first boyfriend, but as nothing more than friends. Why can't I juss be with my current boyfriend and not always be pushing him away.. and constantly needing him to say how much he cares about me? I honestly don't know what to do... and I know we could have a wonderful life together. -Help...?-

Did you know about 48% of people who partisipate in thoes online dating websites are married? It is sickening. mabey people should just meet people the old fasion way. that would be better than dating someone married.

I recently took a buyout from my employeer; as long as I attend College full time for up to 4 years they will pay tuition, health and dental benefits, and 50% of my base pay-paid at the start of every year. I would like to put 110% into college studies, and only pick-up part time work here and there if the money is really needed.

I have two Daughters by seperate mothers; 2 different child support cases. I have talked to them before the buyout option was available, and they both knew i was going to take it. After i took the buyout I let them both know i did, so they would not be suprised when weekly checks stopped.
Now I need to ask them if we could try to reach an agreement and settle on a lower weekly child support amount. I am very nervous about this. I am not really good about communicating my thoughts, but I do not want to leave anything out.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

thank you.

Why is it that women feel compelled to snoop and dig for dirt on their b/f's or husbands when the relationship is going well. It seems that as soon as women fall in love they through away their intuition and give in to "paranoia". I know that this doesn't apply to all women, but for most once they fall in love logic is tossed out of the window. Why?

when you see good looking guys at a club do you flock to them or kind of just stare but are too afraid to approach them.

I am 18 years old but I weight 101. I eat a lot of food because I love food. But I love to dance and exercise a lot in the day time because I feel less stress and happy when I exercise. I think that dancing and exercising it's what makes me skinny.

Do you think I'm skinny for my age?

Why do women think that jewelry is romantic as a gift?
and why do women like gifts from guys so much and wats with the birthdays so confusing

why does money show that a guy cares about you just cuz he spends $ on you? women: what about like a kiss or just like being nice to you and protective of you and stuff how come thats not more romantic than jewelry?

There is this guy I met at work he is adorable, We became very close friends. We are going out now for 6 months (no sex or love stuff involved).
We like each other so much; we spend wonderful time together. We go to the gym together, to the movies, to the beach. He even hugged me and kissed me while we were sitting on the beach. Whenever he holds my hand he keeps kissing it. It makes me go crazy.. but he never said anything..

We are very comfortable together and we love spending hours and hours together.
I have very strong feelings toward him; when he hugs me I feel so wow..

I don't know if he loves me!! If he is scared of expressing his feelings!! Not sure!!
I don't wanna be pushy and don't want to scare him off. I don't wanna lose him. I don't wanna be the 1st one to express my feelings.. I wanna be sure that he loves me..

What shall I do, please help me to get the love of my life.. I need advice badly.
