I dress pretty and I take a lot of care of myself. I always like to be very pretty when Im out i put make up on and everything to look good and Im always smiling and nice to people,thats my personality, but I think guys dont notice me. How can I get a guy to notice me?

I'm sure they're noticing you, you probably just aren't catching them. Guys don't want to be obvious when we're looking, if we can help it. I wouldn't try so hard.
No, do not tell a guy you like him, untill you've known him for awhile, maybe after your relationship has matured. Never tell a guy you like him up front. Flirt, yes. Be blunt, no.

You don't say where you are going or why you feel this way. Are you spending time around the guys you want to notice you? Perhaps just trying a new experience or doing something new might do the trick.
There is a simple formula for guys to notice you that works a treat for girls. Look at them for a sec or two until you catch their eye. Then smile briefly and look away ... look back a second later and if they are still looking at you they are interested.
When you are talking guys you are interested in accidently touch them once or twice when they say something funny, that will let them know you are interested in them.
Finally don't be afraid to approach guys or talk to them, after all the game is as much about enjoying being around people and making friends. If you're enjoying doing that then you're more than halfway there.

I'm sure you are very beautiful and guys will of course love that! But the thing is most of them don't take hints well and most of them are shallow on the surface (even good guys like boobs LOL) So my advice would be try to be more sexy while still being who you are. I'm not talking a whole body makeover or anything just a few subtle changes that won't be obvious but will help get guys' attention.

It may be based on how old you are.... If you're young, the guys that are the same age as you, are probably too afraid to talk to you if your as pretty as you say you are.
young guys are shy.... some may not even be interested in looking for a girlfriend.
If your older, being really hot can cause guys to think that you are already taken, and many of them won't make a move.
nice guys usually dont make it a point to get caught staring at beautiful women.
All things happen in good time... be patient!
If there is a guy you like..... take a chance... go and talk to him... tell him how you feel!!

If you look good, trust me guys notice you. Maybe some are intimidated by you or you just haven't ran into the right guy yet. You don't have to go out of your way, there's someone for everyone and some guy will notice you AND approach you at some point. Or you could take the initiative if your feelin gutsy sometimes too--go for it.

keep doing what ur doing and be a little aggresive mabye go up to someone or leave an opening for him to talk to you; and that would be fantastic if u told him u have no idea how bad i would love that form a gurl makes it so much easyer on me lol. but i digress; EVERY guy is nervous around women if he says so or not, and i can tell u from exp if u are really good looking it makes it harding for men to talk 2 u and sometimes we just assume someone as good looking as u must be taken.
i can honestly say that i need to work on approaching a girl in a romatic way i have a bunch of freinds cuz my personality but when it comes to dating to completely diffrent for me.
sometimes i think its best to live by "I'll have you know; I make a fool out of myself on a daily basis."

sweetie never change to please someone else. always be true to yourself. the way you have described yourself you sound like you are a wonderful person. I'm sure there are many people that notice you. to tell a guy that you like him is only true if this is something that you feel comfortable with.

well you should go talk to them take some of your girlfriend out for a night and go guy hunting and wen you find one you like go talk to him u might be a bit shy at first thats ok we all are but it might be the best thing you have ever done :)
