alright now my ex-boyfriend and i were really close. We would call each other everyday just to say i love you , we would hang out every chance we got. (we were mostly in school). and we would tell each other that we would be together forever. But a couple of months ago he dumped me for no reason at all. And then i get from his friends that he likes someone else, but i told myself to ask him first. I did and of course he denied liking anyone but me. so i believed him and we went out again. But then for the second third and forth and FIFTH time he kept dumping me. The reasons were that he liked another girl, or he had family problems. Every time time he asks me out i cannot say no. But this time he told me it was for real. He called me and was calling me a slut and saying all these nasty things. He also told me he hated me. i just cant see him with another girl or anything like that. Because i am like obsessed and want him to only be mine thats it, how do i get over him if im obsessed?

I have sole custody of my two children. My ex husbands visitation rights were suspended untill he attended drug treatment. I was remarried and was planning to move across country. He was notified I was moving and made no legal effort to stop me. Shortly before I moved he was arrested and later convicted of attempted murder of his girlfriend. He was sentenced to 5 years.
#1 I live in Georgia and due to a conflict between GA and CA laws. GA says I have to file in CA (where he lives)and CA says I have to file in GA(where the violence is most likely to happen) so my restraining order is no longer in effect. And he is due to get out of prison any day.

#2 I have not and have no intention of telling him or any member of his family my location. The DA child support has my address with all the do not release paper work. Can he claim I am denying him rights? Would the DA notify me if he filed for custudy. Who am I legaly responsible to notify of my address? Any Ideas?

My husband insisted I take his name when I renewed my drivers licence. I see on the marriage certificate my maiden name and I see no place where I signed it by my new married name. I know taking a mans name is tradition and not law. Can I take my maiden name back now if I want to?

I been talking to this girl for about a week and a half and I am really feeling her. I'm not sure if she likes me but we do flirt alot and she starts giggling when we make eye contact. What should I do? I told her friend when she was at my house sleeping over that Caroline, my daughter, is not allowed to smoke and she wasn't either while she was at my house. I think her parents are so irrresponsible for encouraging such behavior. The worst thing is that Caroline smelt like cigarttes when she came home from school. What do I do? My brothers best friend told his family and my brother that he likes me but he wont tell me. I am friends with his sisters and we all went skating one night and this guy started hitting on me. He got all mad he was about to punch him in his head. Later on my brother told me about it and how mad he was, and thats why he stayed pretty much on my hip the rest of the night. I like him too and i do get jealous when girls flirt with him but i dont do that. I mean were not even dating why is he jealous? My parents have had a "uneasy" relationship for about the last two years.... but the real trouble was that my mom got a call from a ex boyfreind that she has not seen in 25 years and their both married and then she started to e mail back and forth with him ... he lives two states away and he loves his wife and kids but my dad is flipping out about it and I know that they are gonna separate... My fiance has been contacting an ex gf that I don't like. I found out his morning that he has been sending her mssgs through he 'blog', he knows I don't like her and he told me he wasn't contacting her anymore and now I find this...I rang him up and he assures me that they are only friends, but why did he send her friendly mssgs behind my back? He knew it would upset me so why did he do this?
