My present lawyer did not research my case for court to get my alimony. He depended on me for what I had put together and what questions I wanted him to ask.

Assuming we are around the same age. I'm a high school senior. I dont think i'm that attractive, but I am a nice guy with a good heart. I'm a little on the quiet side, but I am a good listener. Unlike some guys, I respect girls and I listen to what they have to say and don't see them as objects. I guess that sounds lame, but whatever. Also, I get very irritated when I hear that a guy is cheating on his wife/girlfriend. I just hate when people disrespect others. Even though i'm kind of shy, i'm trying to become more outgoing. Would you go out with me or do you think other girls would go out with me?

Have you ever hurt and left someone to be with someone only to find out it was not you wanted and made a mistake?

I'm 15, wise. good student, don't get in trouble. My parents are good too. Yet, we have problems, sometimes we fight and each other. For 4 months I was kinda resentful and we had an icy relationship. We made up last week, and if they had explained their reasons before I wouldn't have been so resentful. Why all this mess, they're adults.

Whenever we get into a fight, my girlfriend always tells me how she feels like i never listen to her. (which is not really true - I do listen to her). I've been trying to show her that I listen, but she still says that she thinks that I don't. Whatever I'm doing is giving her this wrong impression and I can't figure out what it is.

Instead of figuring out what to stop doing, I thought I could figure out what to START doing.

What are some ways for me to show her that I'm listening to what shes saying? (both for phone conversations and in person?)

Ladies - if you could help me with this... I'd owe you all big time.

My ex-boyfriend is 26 while I’m 21. We dated for a very short time then HE ended it. WE never had sex cuz I’m saving myself for marriage. It has been a year since I’ve seen him & he called me & asked me to go see a movie w/him. I went, he picked me up, then he took me home after the movie. When I asked him why he wanted to see me he said he wants to see me “every once in awhile”. What does this mean & why? He went to Asia for a few weeks and when he came back we talked on msn but I initiated it. He would still talk to me on msn even after it was over but he just never asked to see me. After the hangout, he hasn't talked to me much & hasn't asked to hangout again why? will he ever ask me again?If he wants to be friends why can’t he even say hi to me on msn like he use to before? Should I wait and see or just ask HIM for coffee one time?

ok i do afterschool acting at a local playhouse and the last play I was in i met a guy and he is cute and funny and nice but i didnt really like him then.

now its been a couple of months and we are both doing tech for another play and i relized today that i like him

he kept flirting and coming up behind me and stuff but i dont know what to think of it

But..... He is willing to pay, He just thinks their assessment is wrong, and so does his accountant.
Last June he got a letter off csa asking for details of income and circumstances, he passed the forms onto his accountant (hes self employed) appox 6wks later a 8 page letter arrived their decision being that he should pay £54 a week and back pay of £2340.00 to be paid within 7 days. The figures on the form of his income, outgoings and spare money etc didnt make sense, they said we have £350. a week spare after paying all the bills!!!!! I wish...... letter sent to them at the end of August requesting details of how they have arrived at their figures.
Got no reply, then at start of dec, my husband got another letter off them saying they would be applying to the court for a liability order!!! So accountant wrote them a very stern letter to which someone phoned him to apologise and said she would get back to him....
waited and waited, then He got a summons to go to court this thurs
