She agreed to let me go when she just thought it was my girlfriends, but when I told her my guy friends, including my boyfriend were coming, she said she didn't feel comfortable 'sending me away with my boyfriend'. We've been going out for 8 months!!!

A work collegue who has been a great friend to me has recently had a still born son.

The funeral is in a couple of days and I'm going to go, I owe this wonderful woman so much.

The thing is, I just don't know what to say. I'm sorry just doesn't seem appropriate.

Okay so I started liking this guy that goes to my school and we began to talk online and eventually I found out he likes me too, sounds perfect right? Well it's not because at first he was texting me a lot and being really sweet to me but when I'm around him in person I clam up and don't act like my fun loving self. I feel so much regret thinking back to things I've said to him and doing so really makes me want to bang my head against a wall. Just today he hasn't called nor texted and I'm feeling really low as though he doesn't like me anymore or something. Is this a normal feeling to have? Is this just a part of dating and liking someone? Please I need some reassurance that there's still hope for me here. Seeing as how this is pretty much the first relationship I've ever had I have very little experience in dating, not that I don't have guy friends but I'm so used to saying anything around them that I don't know where to draw the line when you're trying to get some one to like you.

I automatically think "WE". I take the two becoming one thing very seriously. My husband is much more independent. For a long time I thought he just had a healthier way of looking at relationships and I bought into a lot of oprahisms about being my own self-fulfilled individual. Well I am plenty self fulfilled and plenty lonely. Actually, I don't think he cares one way or the other about anything but himself. What I need is a litmus test. I am plenty comfy. We have built our careers and raised kids. We are content in many ways. But it seems he'd be happy to see me once a week and then only for coffee or a lunch date. Am I expecting too much from the male species? Is that good enough? Am I being unrealistic......

Almost 10yrs ago i was raped by a ex "bf" (if u want to call him that) in his van. i didn't report it or anything but everytime i see a van like that i freak out. i didn't c him for almost 8-9yrs till now!! I'm almost positve he works in a store where i go alot w/my bf!!! evertime i c (who i think is him) i freak out-like it happend all over again!!

I think my friends think I'm all superwoman this month. This month has been very very stressful for me. I've had band reherals for nights and I wind up exhausted. my homework is piling up. A girl in my grade is being a byotch and spreading nasty rumors about me. Im trying to loose 3 pounds for semi formal. My skin is broken out and acne treatments arent working. My friend (a)is having troubles with her boyfriend. the other( b)is fighting with the first friend. B is stalking a boy and asking my advice. Well the other day my hubby said to me his freind didn't want to come over because he was "afraid" of me. Well what it is is that one day his freind and him were here and they smelled like pot and i sort of flipped out. I think my hubby only does dumb things when he is around his freinds who pressure him...and he denied it but i threw a fit in front of his freind and now he says he doesn't want to come over...

And his other freinds may not want to come over either because i am a ***** sometimes...i think if someone is a guest in your house they should act that way and if they don't i get pissed...

So it concerns me that they may not like me...and because of that would they try to convince him to be "bad" while out. Or secretely talk smack about me when i am not around or even smart *** coments to him about me...

It is ok for them to not like me or should i say something to hubby about not being freind with them any more...?

Well im having a party this saturday, and my mom being a mom HAD to tell me to give invitations to everyone in my class, to be nice.
so i did, *this was a week ago* and theres this girl named gina who 60% of the class say they dont like her cause shes stuck up and alll that, etc. especially two of my close friends ashley* Very close friend* and amanda. Well amanda and gina dont likle eacother much and one day amanda told me Dude you didnt invite gina did you?! * i was scared and i said, n-no. then we went home. but this week especially today gina has been teling me * i cant wait for your party or thanks for the invite, and amanda and ashley keep telling me if shes not invited then tell her or amanda to ashley: we should be bodyguards and kick her out!. I dont know what to do i dont like gina that much either, but i dont want to hurt her feelings, *thats why i gotta a reputation of being very smart and nice* but i dont want to let my friends get mad.
